We chose Precision to provide maintenance on our garage doors based on our experience with them in the past, their reputation in the neighborhood and the stance on quality. While reviewing our 5 year old garage door openers, we agreed with our technician and had him replace everything. He was very efficient, had everything he needed on the truck, cleaned up after the job and a pleasure to work with.

Had a major problem with my garage door. Contacted Precision Door that same evening and a service tech (Tim - very professional 7 friendly) arrived the first thing the following morning. Tim examined the door determined what was wrong & repairs required. Provided me with a cost estimate & time to make said repairs. Price was very reasonable and the repairs were finished on time. Highly recommend Precision Door.

I called Precision because my neighbor used to work for them. I got a next day appt because I called at almost closing time. Frank the service tech arrived and immediately knew what the problem was( cheap-bad door springs). Frank replaced all the pieces necessary for the doors to operate correctly. Frank was friendly and professional and is a credit to Precision. The repair was affordable also.

Our door opener was 25 years old and the drive belt had come off. The repairman said it was a “dinosaur” and sold us a $696 new opener with WiFi. He was early getting to our house and worked very quickly doing a great job. He explained the new wall remote and said we needed to download the app so we could use our phones, if needed, to open/close the door. After he left, getting the app installed and working on the first of two phones was simple, as he said. The second phone was not so easy. My only suggestion would be that if a new system is installed at a home where the residents are over 50, that the repairman stay and make sure it is completed. We finally called the company and they had someone call us back who was most helpful. Both phones now work and we are happy. Another note...we had seen on TV that the service call was free. We failed to mention the ad and were told we would be charged $49. I called back to question that and was told you have to mention the ad. (We didn’t remember hearing that on the ad.)They then said they would remove the service charge, which was great...so make sure you mention the ad!!!

I called this morning and was able to get a same day appointment. Austin, the technician was amazing! He notified me he was able to come earlier than the original appointment. Explained everything, performed a thorough inspection, and had a new keypad with working remotes completed in about 10 minutes! I will definitely use Precision Door and Austin again for any future garage door issues!

This is a great company. Our garage door springs broke and we were prisoners in our own house. We called Precision and they were here within a couple of hours. They promptly replaced the springs and fully serviced the door, including lubrication and replacement of some defective hardware. Our technician, Wesley, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. This is the only company we will consider calling for future garage door work.

Called Precision for an appointment and received requested response. Very courteous treatment. Next day Technician Alan Harp called 1/2 hour prior to appt. time and was at our home by 8:30. Analyzed the problem, explained all aspects of situation and gave recommendation and itemized Estimate. We took his expert advice and not only replaced the broken springs but replaced and upgraded our door opener! Alan's proficiency was amazing.
