Being a repeat customer of Precision Door I'm very happy with their service. Today was just checking my door, new rollers, lube and general inspection. Tim did the work and my door is now much quieter, he was professional and polite. Next year I will schedule another check and making an appointment.

I am a widow and was dismayed to find that I could not open my garage door after an overnight storm. The wall console, remote controller, and outside keypad all failed to operate the opener. I called around 10:30 and was told that a technician could be there between 4 and 6 pm. He came as promised, determined that my opener unit could not be repaired, and installed a new one by 5:30 or so. He also replaced the rollers to make it easier for me to manually lift the door in the event of a power outage. Tim, the technician, was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. So, I had the use of my car again for the weekend. Highly recommend this company. I live in Fruit Cove, northwest St. Johns county.

I have used Precision Garage Door Service in the past and have always been satisfied. When the Door didn't work this morning, I called immediately. The Technicians arrived right on time and they took care of he problem in good time and lubricated and adjusted the door. They were very professional and very polite and showed me what to do if the problem arose in the future. I asked about one of the openers I had and decided to replace that one with a new one
