Had a major problem with my garage door. Contacted Precision Door that same evening and a service tech (Tim - very professional 7 friendly) arrived the first thing the following morning. Tim examined the door determined what was wrong & repairs required. Provided me with a cost estimate & time to make said repairs. Price was very reasonable and the repairs were finished on time. I called Precision because my neighbor used to work for them. I got a next day appt because I called at almost closing time. Frank the service tech arrived and immediately knew what the problem was( cheap-bad door springs). Frank replaced all the pieces necessary for the doors to operate correctly. Frank was friendly and professional and is a credit to Precision. The repair was affordable also.
