Rating is a 5 Tim explained clearly what he was doing and the cost involved. 2 Springs, Rollers, Bearing and End Plates were replaced. Door now is very quiet when in use!

Called Precision for an appointment and received requested response. Very courteous treatment. Next day Technician Alan Harp called 1/2 hour prior to appt. time and was at our home by 8:30. Analyzed the problem, explained all aspects of situation and gave recommendation and itemized Estimate. We took his expert advice and not only replaced the broken springs but replaced and upgraded our door opener! Alan's proficiency was amazing. We are extremely impressed and pleased with both Alan and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! Would definitely recommend!

Family members have used Precision, but I never had to...until Friday when our garage door decided to stay down. I called at 8:45 am, and a repair pro was at my door at 11:30 am. He confirmed my guess that my old, noisy opener was beyond repair, explained my options, and worked efficiently to make the replacement. He was a good conversationalist, and a good instructor. He cleaned up all the parts left from the old system and swept the floor. He would be welcome back anytime that we need help!

The tech called and was able to arrive earlier than scheduled. He was courteous and explained all repairs needed. He reviewed different packages they offered and explained them thoroughly without pressure to purchase. He also took time to show me how to maintain the door. Awesome, very knowledgeable service. Bought new high-end LiftMaster opener and replaced 13 yr old worn out parts. This is the second time I've used Precision Door Service. Very professional and responsive. Called on Tuesday and Jeff came out on Wednesday to check an opener that wasn't working. The old unit couldn't be fixed (an apparent power surge from a lightening storm) so Jeff installed a new opener with sensors, keypad, wall switch and remotes. The new opener is much more quiet than the old. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend Precision.

Called in a problem with our garage door springs ,which Precision installed last year, Friday afternoon. Appointment made for Saturday — surprised at quick response. Frank Cassidy arrived on time, explained the issue, made the adjustment, and balanced the opener as well. He was in and out in twenty minutes, was thorough, polite, and personable. Give the man a raise. Hope all your service folks are as good.

Repairs don't always come at the most convenient time, so I found the process for scheduling a repair on the website very easy and convenient. I received a call as soon as their service shop opened and had a appointment first thing. My repairman gave me a call that he was on the way so I could meet him. He did a complete inspection and other than my broken spring there was just a couple of bearings and rollers that needed to be replaced. He had everything on his truck for the job so the repair was done quickly. My garage door works better now than when it was new. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door for repairs or replacement for your garage doors.

Our garage door became inoperable at a time when we were moving and really needed it to work, as our car was trapped in the garage! The technician who came arrived soon after our call, repaired the door to make it operative until we could replace it. Frank was very efficient and easy to deal with and saved our bacon.
