This is the second time I've used Precision Door Service. Very professional and responsive. Called on Tuesday and Jeff came out on Wednesday to check an opener that wasn't working. The old unit couldn't be fixed (an apparent power surge from a lightening storm) so Jeff installed a new opener with sensors, keypad, wall switch and remotes. The new opener is much more quiet than the old. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend Precision.

Frank was the guy you sent to get our garage door working. It apparently had been zapped by lightning. He was pleasant, efficient and communicated the problem and solution very well. Employees like him are hard to find (or keep).

Called in a problem with our garage door springs ,which Precision installed last year, Friday afternoon. Appointment made for Saturday — surprised at quick response. Frank Cassidy arrived on time, explained the issue, made the adjustment, and balanced the opener as well. He was in and out in twenty minutes, was thorough, polite, and personable. Give the man a raise. Hope all your service folks are as good.

We had the pleasure of Austin coming out to service our garage which broke and we couldn't even open it. Austin came out and was very professional and took the time to explain everything. Even when the price was higher than I anticipated he didn't pressure me and even offered for us to get comparisons, nonetheless we went with his recommendation and we we were very pleased with his service. Repairs don't always come at the most convenient time, so I found the process for scheduling a repair on the website very easy and convenient. I received a call as soon as their service shop opened and had a appointment first thing. My repairman gave me a call that he was on the way so I could meet him. He did a complete inspection and other than my broken spring there was just a couple of bearings and rollers that needed to be replaced. He had everything on his truck for the job so the repair was done quickly. My garage door works better now than when it was new. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door for repairs or replacement for your garage doors.

I called Precision Garage Doors and spoke with the owner Jason Sheppard. I told him about my problem with my garage door and he had someone out to my house later that afternoon. Mr. Sheppard was very helpful and polite. When the technician, Michael showed up to my house he diagnosed the problem. showed me the defective piece of equipment and quickly fixed my problem. He also took the time to give me some tips on running my garage door more smoothly to help extend the life of my garage door and opener. I was VERY pleased with the excellent service I recieved from Precision Doors and would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone.
