George was a few minutes ahead of our window which was perfect. He informed us that the torquemaster spring system was builder grade and does not last as long as the torsion spring system. Because he has seen them last as long as 8 years, he gave us the option of the maintenance or converting. He also let us know that if we chose the maintenance it would be money well spent because the difference in replacing later vs. now was a minimal difference.

I'm very pleased with the service I just received from Precision Door Service. Everyone from the customer service rep to the garage repairman (Hayden) was very professional and great to work with. I called with an issue and had service at my front door within 30 minutes - that is extremely rare for any type of service call. When we discovered our garage door motor was no longer working at 1:00 PM, I called Precision (my neighbor had used this firm three years earlier for a door replacement and was very satisfied). Precision had a technician (Wes) on site by 4:30. Wes assessed the situation, explained the various options. Once I had chosen to replace the non-working motor and the springs, he quickly and efficiently installed the new components. The door works great again, and is so much quieter (a new belt drive replaced the former chain drive). Wes explained the new system thoroughly and could not have been more professional. We are very happy with our repair.

My garage door belt broke late on a Saturday. I called Precision and they gave me an early appointment on Monday with a 1/2 hour call before. Called me first thing Mon. and was here a half hour later. Fixed the problem at a reasonable price. The service man was personable and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time that I have used Percision and I've been very pleased both times. On todays call I was pleased that I was able to get a same day appointment. In fact Mike Danforth was an hour earlier that the specified time of between 2:00 and 4:00. He worked fast and efficient and I was very please with the cost. I will use Percision again for any garage door needs.

I selected Precision several years ago to replace the belt drive on both my garage doors. Over the past 3 years the systems started to malfunction. It only took the technical repairman half an hour to make all the necessary repairs to get the doors back into top operations again. But, the important thing was that there was never anything wrong with the doors or the belt drives, only my poor use of a paint brush that caused the problem.

The technician, Tim, was honest in his assessment of my garage door opener and didn't try to upsell or push any particular product. Was thorough in explaining all issues and answered all my questions. Walked me through operation of the new garage door opener and even helped me program my car to operate the garage door.
