We recently moved into our new home and had an issues with our garage door keypad. I called Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville and a service appointment was scheduled for the next day! The Service Technician (Nate L.) called in advance to confirm the appointment and let me know he was on the way. Nate did a great job in addressing the issue with our key pad, performed an evaluation on the operation of our garage door, and offered preventive maintenance tips to ensure long-term operability. Nate was professional, courteous, and provided great customer service! I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville for any issues associated with garage door repair!

5 Stars! Damaged garage door was repaired by Frank Cassidy plus bottom seal replaced. Called Precision after checking the NextDoor site in our area (Nocatee) showing multiple positive reviews. Was given a time frame within 3 hrs. of calling but Frank called offering to come sooner (had finished previous job early). He quoted a price, took coupons, completed repair within an hour, friendly, courteous & efficient. Very satisfied from start to finish & would highly recommend company needing service.

Had a double double install. 2 garage doors, new springs, new rollers and two new belt drive openers. Our installer, Dalton was excellent, completing this project in two hours. He was knowledgeable, professional, motivated and eager to see me pleased. He even graciously put up with my presence and questions! Precision, you've got a good one here. Now if everything installed lasts well I'll call it perfect.

Several years ago (over 5) I had Precision replace my entire Garage door, rails, sensors and motor. They did excellent work and this was the first problem I have had. Stuff happens and mechanical systems fail. I called, they booked quickly after a few diagnostic questions. Less than 24 hours later, Dalton was on site to address the problem. They try to give same day service but I called after 4 and told them it was not an emergency. It just quit working. It was not a house electrical problem. He has excellent product knowledge, quickly diagnosed the problem (Faulty wall switch), gave me an initial cost estimate, and had the system up and running within the cost he quoted. Checked and lubed the mechanical parts and fully functionally tested the rest of the system (remote transmitters etc). Professional in every way. Easy to book, on time, good communication prior to arrival, parts on the service vehicle and a quick repair at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for. The same as my first experience with Precision several years ago.
