At 8:00AM I discovered my garage door was not closing properly. At 8:30AM I called Precision Door and asked for help. At 11:30AM the Precision Door technician arrived. By 12:30 the problem was fixed, and the door was all checked out and lubed. In my opinion it was fast service done well.

The job was done quickly and the result was good. You replaced the torsion bar, springs, wheels, etc. What I do need is a copy of the invoice which was supposed to be sent to my email.

The crew came out to re-program our remotes and discovered that our old opener was burning a hole in its case due to many years of use and improper installation. Replacement was recommended, so we decided to bite the bullet and get a new opener instead of having our house burn down. Installation was quick and usage was explained. Very happy with our experience.

Chad Martin did a great job replacing our garage door springs and rollers. He was friendly, professional, efficient and took the time to explain the different packages and the actual process. What I have always liked about Precision technicians is they thoroughly explain what they are doing and where appropriate in the process involve you. Called at 11:30 AM and 2 service guys were at my house shortly after noon! One spring had broken and they replaced both springs in approximately 45 minutes. Professional, friendly guys and the garage door is back in operation and runs more smoothly than before! Very responsive customer service and high quality work.

Fast on time service. Walter was eash to work with. He explained to me the problem and offered solutions. We needed a conversion from a old style lift to a up todate version.
