We sent an email at 7:30 in the morning requesting service for the needed repairs. At 9:00 we received a call scheduling an appointment. By 10:30 that morning the two technicians had arrived and by noon all of the work had been done. Hayden and Chad kept me informed on what they were doing, what my options were and the benefits of each option. We were extremely pleased with their work.

I was impressed first of all by the quickness that our tech was able to get to the house to fix our garage door. Tim was great at assessing the issue and coming up with a solution to the problem we were having with our door. He was able to repair the problem quickly and cleanly. I was most impressed with his presentation. He arrived wearing a mask and aske if it was ok to take the mask off whilel working. I have had too many service providers who completely ignored safety protocols.

I feel extremely fortunate to have come across this company while searching for garage door repair service. The ease of setting up the appointment - despite it being late in the evening - and the next-day availability was unexpected, though I suppose it shouldn't have been because it was just as it is advertised. The tech, George, arrived on time, was very thorough in explaining what could have caused the issue, options for repair, and recommended maintenance routine going forward. He did not try to oversell any services and no extra add-ons for the repair. All in all, what I thought was going to be a hassle and costly turned out to be a breeze and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend this company to to friends and family, and would call on them again if needed in the future.

Needed to have the original rollers replaced on our garage door. Frank did so using the quiet nylon rollers. He also reinforced the internal keypad on the wall. He also provided us with a newly programmed remote since we misplaced one of ours. Project was completed in less than an hour and the garage door is now functioning properly. Thanks, Frank!

Precision Door Service did a terrific job! Nate was our service technician. He was very professional, polite and accommodating with my numerous questions. We needed a spring replaced and other worn various parts. When I inquired about the our non-functioning remote keypad, he was able to replace the keypad with a new one. I would not hesitate to use them again and/or recommend them to others.
