Our garage door opener pulley and garage door parted company very abruptly revealing a unbalanced garage door which crashed a few feet to the ground. I called first thing the following morning for service, and Precision was able to fit me in that same morning. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and made the repairs to get us back in operation. They also let us know that we'd need a new garage door in the near future, but were sensitive to our cash flow concerns. Very happy with the experience.

I would give you a rating of a five. The design of your advertising is very nice, looks expensive, and perhaps you are, but I really don't know. Ryan replaced broken springs, kept me informed, explained cost, and was extremely nice. I would rate him a 10.

I give my service from Precision a 5 Star service rating for an all around outstanding service! The Admin Assistant took my call and asked the right questions for all my information, then set up a same day service call. Technician Ryan was on time to meet me outside my garage where we both lifted the disabled door. He disassemble the springs, conducted an assessment and cost for repairs; then gave me options to choose to repair the door. I gave my approval with a packaged choice to repair the door; the repairs were performed, he showed a demonstration of the the door operating correctly and how to properly care for the door operation system. Finally, he presented me with the invoice charges for services rendered in which I paid using a credit card; he then explained that I was to receive three separate emails to include my receipt. Everything went as smooth as possible...Outstanding Job! Thank You!

The two gentlemen came exactly on time and called ahead. After listening to the loud noise my garage door was making, they showed me where the problem was. The screw was slowly making its way out of where it should be holding the total weight of the raising and lowering of the door. They added a reinforcement bracket which saved us from buying a whole new door. Thank goodness!

Tim called at 1:50 and said he was on the way. At 2:05 P.M. they were pulling into my driveway. Tim gave a very through inspection to my existing garage, and pointed out things that needed replacing. You have Service Performed and Purchased Product: Under Purchased everything was replaced. I would recommend your company to anyone that might ask. Although the work on my garage won't be complete for several more weeks, which I agreed too.

My garage door was not closing properly and the technician immediately discovered the problem and fixed it. I had some questions on the lubrication of the door as well as the operation of the door when the power is out and he took the time and carefully explained what to do. He was very courteous and competent and I would definitely recommend this company for any garage door issues.

I chose Precision because of their great reputation. My experience was great from beginning to end. I requested an appointment online and received a phone call to set up a time on the day i requested. Frank, the installer, called to confirm the time, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was profession and polite. He did quality work, cleaned up after himself and gave me all the information and instructions that I needed. He even helped me program the "clicker" built into my car visor. Precision sells quality products at a fair price. I couldn't be happier.
