Precision door honored a 5 year guarantee that had expired by a few months. They literally rebuilt my garage door with new parts including springs, rollers, cables, and more - a repair that would have cost me almost $600. Instead I was charged the small price of a service call. The technician worked fast. I couldn't have asked for a better deal in a time of financial need.
