Precision door service was great. The technician fully explained the options and made very good recommendations. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing. He took all the old parts and cleaned up when finished. Checked the door for any adjustments and ensured that the door was operating correctly. I would highly recommend this company for any garage door service that is needed.

From meeting the salesman to having having garage door completely redone, this has been a excellent service! The salesman was dressed very well, answered all of my questions and showed me all of the options I could choose from. The day of installation, the technician called me and was actually able to install my entire garage door and system sooner. The technicians cleaned up during and after and discussed everything that was done, the warranties I have and helped me set up the code on my garage door. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend this company! Thank you to everyone at Precision Garage Door!!

I'm very pleased with my new garage door opener, has everything and more, Nate did an exceptional job getting everything hooked up and instructing me on things to know. He did it in the time he said he would and left everything neat and in order. Very excited to have a new up to date opener with the ability to monitor if and when away. Very satisfied customer

I called around 11:30, Amanda told me that Nate would be here between 12:00 and 2:00, and would call first. About 15 minutes later I got a call from Nate to tell me he was on the way. About 15 minutes after that, Nate arrived. Diagnosed my problem and gave me the estimate..He said he had the necessary parts with him and it would take 30 to 45 minutes. About 40 minutes later my repair work was completed satisfactorily and everything worked perfectly Nate was very friendly and accommodating. Good service. I certainly would use Precision Door again.

The technicians where both product knowledgeable as well as honest. They where a pleasure to do business with. No pressure selling. They replaced the garage door springs, confirmed all other mechanisms where working properly and did not need replacement. They provided options with the quality of packages to choose from. They replaced only what was needed! They also arrived earlier than there scheduled appointment with a confirming phone call which allowed me to go to work on time. Thank you!

Tim Van Vuren was an excellent technician and I have no complaints of his service, performance or professionalism. He arrived on time, was very polite and attentive to my questions. I scheduled Precision to repair my 4 year old steel shed’s detached 16x8 garage door which suffered damage from tension resets due to power outages. The repair was superb and my detached garage door, which was chain operated worked better then new. it was so much quieter when Tim finished the job. The cost of that job was very reasonable, so I asked him to take a look at my noisy attached 16 year old home garage door which had never been serviced. He provided reasonable recommendations which included a new life master belt driven motor and other mechanical replacement parts which turned my garage into a like new extremely quiet system. Tim had everything he needed for the repairs on his truck. I didn’t need to reschedule for the home garage repair. Everything was done that one visit and both jobs took only about 2.5 hours. I am very pleased with the work and cost of the upgrades. I highly recommend Tim & Precision Garage Doors of Jacksonville!

Frank was professional and knew his garage doors. While we ended up not needing a garage repair, he asked if there was any other questions or tasks he could complete. And also, he was able to arrive earlier time than was stated. I would highly recommend Precision and Frank to do your garage door repairs.

Tim Van Vuran was the best. Never mind I called him Sam the whole time because I misheard his name on the phone. On time, had all the parts with him, expertly explained and repaired in very little time. Just the best. 5 star all the way! Highly recommend.
