I totally recommend precision. My issue occurred at 6PM Friday and they came at 0800 on Saturday. Ryan the tech made the repair and then checked every moving part and made adjustments where needed. PRecision installed my new opener 2 years ago and I have been thoroughly pleased. The pricing is excellent also.

Our garage door opener pulley and garage door parted company very abruptly revealing a unbalanced garage door which crashed a few feet to the ground. I called first thing the following morning for service, and Precision was able to fit me in that same morning. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and made the repairs to get us back in operation. They also let us know that we'd need a new garage door in the near future, but were sensitive to our cash flow concerns. Very happy with the experience.

I would give you a rating of a five. The design of your advertising is very nice, looks expensive, and perhaps you are, but I really don't know. Ryan replaced broken springs, kept me informed, explained cost, and was extremely nice. I would rate him a 10.

I give my service from Precision a 5 Star service rating for an all around outstanding service! The Admin Assistant took my call and asked the right questions for all my information, then set up a same day service call. Technician Ryan was on time to meet me outside my garage where we both lifted the disabled door. He disassemble the springs, conducted an assessment and cost for repairs; then gave me options to choose to repair the door. I gave my approval with a packaged choice to repair the door; the repairs were performed, he showed a demonstration of the the door operating correctly and how to properly care for the door operation system. Finally, he presented me with the invoice charges for services rendered in which I paid using a credit card; he then explained that I was to receive three separate emails to include my receipt. Everything went as smooth as possible...Outstanding Job! Thank You!
