First off, I can only put one thing purchased, so I listed the springs. We had a complete rebuild - springs, rollers, cables etc. I was very pleased from the moment I called. A reasonable service charge and no up-charge for a weekend (like I have seen with other services). The tech called to tell me he was five minutes out (pretty much on time) and started with a 25 point inspection, explaining everything to me as he went. When he was completed the inspection, he broke out the prices and showed me the price book. He also explained the difference between the standard springs & cables versus the upper grade springs with the rebuild package. Since we don't plan on moving anytime soon, we chose the rebuild package. It's nice to know that any repairs after a year will only be a service charge. He was fast, courteous and personable. I would recommend him to anyone needing garage work done.

The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what he was going to do and roughly how much it would cost. He also lubricated the door rollers and gave me advice on how to properly maintain the door. I was extremely pleased with the service and will definitely call Precision for any future needs...

This is top-notch, Five Star service if there ever was one. I called early; phone answered, not a recording; 10-12 appointment same day; Technician called on his way, there by 10. These guys are outstanding! A lightning strike took out our garage door opener but hubby knew something wasn't right with the springs on new-to-us home. Don't have techs' names handy (Frank was one) but they were very professional, knew there stuff, didn't try to oversell, explained options to hubby and finished in a timely fashion. They also taught/gave us new information about garage doors and how they SHOULD work. Very helpful. We are very pleased with their work! Will highly recommend Precision to everyone we know! Our double garage door opens and closes with barely a whisper.

The spring on our door broke and since your company did such a good job for us in the past we wanted to call you. Angie's list was a great way for us to use you. Your service was great and your tech. was very good and knew the product questions I asked about your line of products. Do have a little problem, the door stops while it is going down- - -maybe springs too tight? Tech had to tighten them for other issues. I'll watch it for several days and see if it will improve. As is now, we have to push down on the door to keep it from stopping and going back up. Jim

We had a single cable snap on our two car garage door with my work vehicle trapped inside the garage over the weekend. Not to mention I'm seven months pregnant and have a two year old. I was floored when I called Precision Sunday morning and they said they could send someone out that same afternoon. Frank came 30 minutes early and was courteous and professional. Frank clearly showed us our options and how the wear and tear on our 7 year old door would affect us in the near future. In the end, he was happy to simply replace the snapped cable, or carry out some preventative maintenance that would be covered by a 5 year warranty. Now we have a super quiet garage door with a 5 year warranty at a fair price. We are very happy with our decision and recommend Precision and the team to anyone who needs garage door repairs or maintenance.
