Chris was not only on time, but called to say he was running ahead of schedule. He was very friendly and explained the process and fees involved in repairing the springs. He worked quickly and had the job done in under 30 minutes. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the work he completed and would recommend him and the company to anyone with a need. My sister had the same service completed and paid over $500. My bill was only $356. Along with completing the spring replacement, Chris also took the time to lubricate all the hinges on the door and inspect for any other problems. Thank you Chris!! A+

Our repair tech Frank was a nice guy and did a great job. The door opens quieter now than it did when the house was new. He explained the problems that we had and kept me updated about how much repairs would cost. We were pleased that our call was answered at 8:30 am on a Monday and that the repair tech was here by 10am. Our garage door was stuck in the down position so it was kind of an emergency. We also were impressed that we were given the name and a picture of the tech in a confirmation e-mail prior to his arrival. Your company is obviously very well managed and we will be spreading the word to our neighbors. Five Stars!!!

What started as a "repair" unfortunately, was diagnosed as the chain/sprocket mechanism breaking. So, we opted to replace rather than repair the unit. After installation of a much quieter unit, our metal wheels grinding against the metal track sounded horrible. We then opted to replace them with the wonderful rubber/plastic wheels. It's SO quiet. What a fabulous difference!! We're thrilled - and have a warranty. What could be better? Oh yes, the technician - who was so professional and very polite. He even programmed my car to the new opener. I couldn't be happier. Thank you for great service!

My experience with Precision was great. The fact that service is received so quickly is a huge asset. Beyond that, Jon went far above what was required to make sure my door and opener were working well for me - despite the fact that a new door is obviously needed. Our garage door opener was malfunctioning and we called you this morning based on your online ad. We immediately received an email to confirm the appointment for between 12 and 2. Jon was here just about at noon. He estimated the job to take 1-1 1/2 hours. It was about 1 3/4 hours because he had to fix some previous work that was not right. He gave me an estimate for the job and the actual cost was right on the nose. He was very friendly, efficient and we were happy that he was on time. We would do business with Precision again. Frank is a "Keep" in my book. He knows his job well and he went out of his way to explain to me the problem with my door. He went the extra mile finding your company name for me on Aggie's List, which saved me an extra 5% off my bill. What stood out the most about Frank was his stronge ethics, which I find rare in today's society. A company is as stronge as the people it employ. I found Precision listed in the yellow pages and I called. After making an appointment, I went to your web-site; and your company has been the only company that I know of which listed information that provided the consumers "Peace of Mind" in times like these.
