Service was prompt, then swift and professional! Hunter was awesome, explained what absolutely need to be replaced and what was worn but could wait. Cost was spelled out up front. Very competent and efficient! Afterwards, he patiently explained where to grease and took extra time on one aspect of our garage door that he didn't need to. A big thanks!

Very expensive and found out they dont get paid by the hour they get paid on what they sell. Such a shame I had a lot of work for them. Call other door company amd it was 200 cheaper than what the tech said bad way to do business.

He walked us step by step through the app setup, the keypad access panel, and even how to add other users—making sure we were comfortable with every function before leaving. She laughed with us as we cut up and it was nice to have someone who didn’t make you feel like your were bothering them. I scheduled Precision for a 2nd spring estimate. I had used them in South Florida before moving to Fernandina Beach. Our technician, Andrew arrived early in the time window, called me when he was on the way and provided excellent service. Andrew was professional and knowledgeable . He replaced the springs on our main garage, as well as checking the overall workings. The door is working great. I highly recommend Precision and was very impressed with our service tech, Andrew.
