Could not be more pleased with the repair and service. Got me scheduled in quickly and tech, Michael G., actually called before arriving and came earlier than expected. He was very professional, explained everything to me, and pointed out some things for better care of the door. Repair was done timely and and he cleaned up after the repair. This is the second time I used PDS. The first time was 2 years ago, completely satisfied then and completely satisfied this time. Two years ago our house was sold...door spring broke the next day after closing. I called and they came the same day.
