Precision is a perfect name for this company!!! We called this morning and had an appt. Later in the day! That never happens anywhere! The lady who took our call was so awesome. She laughed with us as we cut up and it was nice to have someone who didn’t make you feel like your were bothering them. Technician timely, professional, respectful, asked good questions and answered. Very nice well mannered, knowledgeable. Even the service truck was clean and professional! I scheduled Precision for a 2nd spring estimate. I had used them in South Florida before moving to Fernandina Beach. Our technician, Andrew arrived early in the time window, called me when he was on the way and provided excellent service. Andrew was professional and knowledgeable . He replaced the springs on our main garage, as well as checking the overall workings. The door is working great. I highly recommend Precision and was very impressed with our service tech, Andrew.
