Springs were replaced very quickly the next day after I called. Make sure you keep the invoice and warranty. I couldn't find mine so I had to pay full price. I had the springs replaced in 2016 and they were on warranty.

I was told by another garage door sales/repair company that if we had a hurricane my door would cave in and also that there was no way to make it quieter. Precision came out and to give me an estimate on a new door and he told me I didn’t need a door, it is hurricane compliant to 130mph and suggested I have them come out do some work on the door which would make it quieter, which I did, and for $800 its a much different door and it saved me $2000+. Doesn’t get better than that!

superb customer service in setting up an appointment on a Saturday with no additional charge for a weekend service. The technician called ahead to let us know his ETA and presented him self to us in a very professional and courteous manner. He explained every step of the process and was able to complete the service within an hour. Both doors are balanced perfectly and the adjustments made totally fixed the issues. I have used Precision Over the last five years and have never been disappointed in any way.

I called Precision Door after 6:00 PM when I discovered my garage door spring had broken. They sent a tech, Wes, over the next day, who arrived a few minutes early after gibing me a course call with an approximate arrival time. Wes explained my options clearly and got to work. From the time I called to the time of the completed repair, lubrication, and bulb installation was 1 hour and for the price quoted to me! Yes.. I was lucky to slide into a previously canceled appointment but nevertheless I would wait a week or more if needed to have Alan come back. I called Precision requesting a repair to my garage door opener....Kole was the tech that arrived at my home. He explained throughly the repairs that needed to be completed. I decided to upgrade my opener to a belt drive unit....he also replaced all the rollers...springs... cables...electric keypad outside and inside.. The garage is now operating flawlessly and is ultra quiet!! Very professional job!
