I called Precision after spending four miserable hours trying to install a universal keypad. I tried all the codes on the 18" list of instructions, nothing worked. I called Precision on Wednesday afternoon about 3:00pm and scheduled an appointment for Thursday between 10:00am and noon. I received a call from Sean and he arrived about 10:30. He went to work immediately and was able to diagnosis the problem and fixed it in less than 1 1/2 hours. He was very cordial and professional in his work and in diagnosing the trouble. I highly recommend Precision to all my family and friends in the future. A good company is hard to find, but this company and Sean are number one in my book.

The response to our request for service was amazing , less than 1 hour . The technician was great and did a beautiful job ! The only problem is the expense ! They charge heavy but I guess if u want quality then gotta pay for it !!!!

My Technician Kody called ahead and was here promptly at the stated time. He replaced both 30 year old torsion springs (one was snapped the other just too old). Door balance is now perfect. Very easy to move manually. Door opens nice and smooth now via my Genie Opener. Opener had a small problem but I opted to fix that myself (retired electronics tech so easy for me). Kody did an excellent job and I have no problem recommending him for future work. Thanks Kody !!

I am very happy!! I had my garage door checked by a competitor a few months ago...he found nothing wrong and tried to sell me a high priced can to spray my rollers with. Also charging me for a full service call. He was at my house for less than 10 minutes. Precision within 5 minutes ascertained that it was my screw drive that was causing the noise (not the rollers) and sold me a can of lubricant for a reasonable price. We have used Precision before and will not make the mistake of using anyone else again! Thank you Precision and my ears thank you!!! 5 Stars for you guys!!

I found Precision through a simple Google search. I chose Precision because they were available on the weekend when we needed them. I will stay a Precision customer because of the outstanding service we received from technician Michael. He throughly assessed and communicated our issue, gave us potential best and worst case scenarios before starting the work, was very professional both before, during and after the service. We really appreciated his communication with us prior to arriving to ensure we knew if he was running late, etc. We weren't left sitting at home guessing when he might (or even if) he arrived like most service people. Would definitely recommend company.

Dan is the consummate professional from our initial introduction to project completion. Removal of the old and installation of the new garage door was extremely clean and efficient.
