Had repairs done on garage door. Bottom bracket had pulled loose. Reggie was very professional and likeable. We have a solid wooden door which Reggie had little expereince with but he was determined to get our door fixed as it had jammed shut enclosing our cars inside the garage unable to take my wife for her medical treatments. Reggie assessed the situation and came up with the solution, an 'out of the box' remedy. I appreciate his honest concern for my wife's treatments and his imagination in fixing our door. It works great!

This is the second time in approximately a year I have needed their services. Both times, they came out the same day I called them. A co worker needed service on her garage door recently, and other companies were telling her it would be days until they got to her. ( her car was in the garage and the door wouldn't go up). I had her call Precision door, and they were there in a matter of hours and fixed the problem.

I had a very positive experience with Precision Door Service. One of my garage door springs broke and prevented me from opening my garage door. I called Precision and their technician was out the next morning. He replaced the springs and suggested I replace the bearings on the shaft which the springs are mounted on. He pointed out the bearings and illustrated why they needed replacing too. The service was quick and efficient and the prices to repair both items were reasonable. I will definitely use Precision again for my garage door needs.

Precision had previously installed my garage door; however, I kept my old garage door opener which had recently been giving me trouble. Yesterday the opener went wild, and it had a total breakdown with metal torn from the wall and the door locked...the lock was jammed...I called Precision and was pleasantly surprised that someone would be out today to help. The tech was great: Friendly, professional and efficient...he did not even roll his eyes when I tried to explain what happened. I am crying because I had not realized how much openers and installations were, but with the lifetime guarantee, I should be ok.

I contacted your firm due to the fact one of my garage doors was damaged by vehicle contact. Mark was the representative that came to my home. Mark was very patient in listening to my story of how the garage was damaged, and I explained to him I did not have a frame of reference in regards to price and value with garage doors. He took the time to evaluate the state of my damaged door, offer honest feedback on its present condition being operative but irreparable, and provide me with numerous replacement options for the near or distant future. I appreciate his advice and when I am prepared to move forward with the replacement Mark will be the person I call for the job. Thank you for your excellent service it is greatly appreciated.

I called as a new customer and was given an appointment the same day. Gilbert called to say he was ahead of schedule and we agreed to an expediated time. He arrived and replaced broken cable. We had a discussion about the possibility of replacing a 30 y/o motor. He had one in his vehicle and it was replaced in one hour. My garage door gear is more than 30 years old and this was not a problem. I will definitely call Precision for my next issue.

Josh was excellent. you should work to keep him happy. I did call around the "do not reply" email and you should hear from your phone person that Id like the warranty clarified as 1 year on parts and labor. Painfully for us both I have done an amount of construction and service work and your added disclaimers could be construed to reduce that warranty to 90 days. please clarify the warranty is 12 months, an email is fine. Thank you.
