Very polite service rep. Was quick and diagnosed the problem. Didn't try to sell me a new garage door opener. A logic board was replaced and the door worked. The service rep. even programmed all the remotes.

Dalton Merritt - Thank you so much for the professional service in repairing my mother's garage door. Dalton was courteous and helped us understand what needed to be done in the repair of our garage door. Especially appreciated the prompt response - as the damaged door happened late Friday nite and we were pleasantly surprised that we had Dalton the following morning to repair the door and upgrade the motor. and bent railings. My husband was a garage door installer in the late 80s and I understand how difficult a garage door can be to fix on your own (which definitely will use Precision Overhead Garage door service in the future). From the time I called to the time of the completed repair, lubrication, and bulb installation was 1 hour and for the price quoted to me! Yes.. I was lucky to slide into a previously canceled appointment but nevertheless I would wait a week or more if needed to have Alan come back. Alan was our service advisor and is a true asset to any company! He worked fast and showed my husband and I everything he was doing! We could not be more pleased!

I called Precision requesting a repair to my garage door opener....Kole was the tech that arrived at my home. He explained throughly the repairs that needed to be completed. I decided to upgrade my opener to a belt drive unit....he also replaced all the rollers...springs... cables...electric keypad outside and inside.. The garage is now operating flawlessly and is ultra quiet!! Very professional job!

I was very pleased with the technician Roberto and how quickly I was contacted after scheduling for service and replacing a broken spring. I spent the better part of 2hours price shopping, waiting on return calls voice mails etc. Don't waste your time as I did, this company was professional from the very beginning(they actually answered my call) to the completion of work. I was happy with the results! They also honored the coupon found at the end of there webpage.

I have used Precision for over 10 years. They arrive on time and often early if possible. The technicians are all very professional. Caution: If you search for Precision on the Internet the first garage door business that comes up may not be them so scroll down - I almost called the wrong business because I didn't pay close attention.

Tim Van Vuren arrived at my home in less than an hour after I called. Precision was recommended by my neighbor. My garage door was partly closed and had completely stopped after several days of problems. Tim was all the things a company cooked want from an employer. He carefully analyzed my problems and explained to me what he was seeing. He saw that my door was installed almost 30 years ago. The motor had to be replaced, we decided to replace major parts to give us a new unit. We only kept the door itself. Tim worked until it was working perfectly and even pushed out a car that wouldn't start. Every company would like to be represented by employees like Tim.

I’ve had a large double wide garage door with an older lift motor that I’ve needed to replace for a couple years. I called Precision and that very day their technician, George, came out and installed me a new, state-of-the-art garage door lift and serviced my old door as well with new rollers, etc. He came and from start to finish was about 1.5 hours and George was about as efficient and professional as anyone you could every hope for. I will be using Precision from this day forward.
