Asked to see about repairing a portion of my door. Instead I got salesman who said I needed a whole new door. Wow. So you really dont fix anything you just use that as a means to get a salesman to my house. No thank you.

A little over a year ago I had them replace my door opener and was so impressed with their work, I didn't think twice about contacting them when the garage door springs needed to be replaced. I saw the add on television which always means expensive to me but I was very surprised when the job was complete. They gave me an appointment on the same day I called with a two hour window and the technician arrived at the front end of the window, Super service.

I would like to state my appreciation for Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville for their prompt, courteous and professional service and attitude. Wes, the technician who worked on our door, was outstanding. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and did a tremendous job. It was clear that he takes great pride in his workmanship and his company. We were scheduled for between 8 AM and 10 AM and he actually called me at around 7:40 and was at our house within 10 minutes. After examing the door he and I decided on the Gold Package with the powder coated stainless steel springs. He also replaced our weather seal along the bottom. Total time was less than 2 hours and we could not be happier. I very highly recommend Precision, especially Wes, to anyone that needs any kind of garage door work. this was done on the morning of 11-6-2018

I selected your company based on the information given in the advertisement in Mint magazine. I was impressed by the short amount of time it took to schedule an appointment. The technician called and gave me the time he would be here. Upon his arrival, he checked out everything and explained what needed to be done and the cost.When the job was completed,he double check to make sure was everything was working. I was very pleased with the work.The technician was polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

I phoned this morning and was given an appointment for today and Frank was here by 3pm. He examined the existing opener and determined the setting for the motor was at maximum. Motor was unable to open or close the door. Frank explained the problem and discussed the options for replacing. We purchased a replacement which he then took care of. It was immediate and painless. Thank You, for you excellent service.

The tech called and was able to arrive earlier than scheduled. He was courteous and explained all repairs needed. He reviewed different packages they offered and explained them thoroughly without pressure to purchase. He also took time to show me how to maintain the door. He seemed proficient and completed the job within reasonable timing. Would definitely recommend.
