I contacted your firm due to the fact one of my garage doors was damaged by vehicle contact. Mark was the representative that came to my home. Mark was very patient in listening to my story of how the garage was damaged, and I explained to him I did not have a frame of reference in regards to price and value with garage doors.
He took the time to evaluate the state of my damaged door, offer honest feedback on its present condition being operative but irreparable, and provide me with numerous replacement options for the near or distant future. I appreciate his advice and when I am prepared to move forward with the replacement Mark will be the person I call for the job. Thank you for your excellent service it is greatly appreciated.

We were very impressed with the customer service rep ,his timely arrival ,presentation of our garage door options and explanation of the cost breakdown.
