The rep was very professional and on time as scheduled. He replaced the rubber retainer and seal and the linear control panel. The best thing was that when I called to request a service call, they were able to get someone to my house within 2 hours. Great service! Thanks!

Great experience this week with Jeff. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He also suggested some preventative maintenance and told me there was a coupon available for this service which I took advantage of. This is my second experience with Precision and will keep coming back.

I called this morning and was able to get a same day appointment. Austin, the technician was amazing! He notified me he was able to come earlier than the original appointment. Explained everything, performed a thorough inspection, and had a new keypad with working remotes completed in about 10 minutes! I will definitely use Precision Door and Austin again for any future garage door issues!

Called Precision for an appointment and received requested response. Very courteous treatment. Next day Technician Alan Harp called 1/2 hour prior to appt. time and was at our home by 8:30. Analyzed the problem, explained all aspects of situation and gave recommendation and itemized Estimate. We took his expert advice and not only replaced the broken springs but replaced and upgraded our door opener! Alan's proficiency was amazing. We are extremely impressed and pleased with both Alan and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! Would definitely recommend!

The tech called and was able to arrive earlier than scheduled. He was courteous and explained all repairs needed. He reviewed different packages they offered and explained them thoroughly without pressure to purchase. He also took time to show me how to maintain the door. This is the second time I've used Precision Door Service. Very professional and responsive. Called on Tuesday and Jeff came out on Wednesday to check an opener that wasn't working. The old unit couldn't be fixed (an apparent power surge from a lightening storm) so Jeff installed a new opener with sensors, keypad, wall switch and remotes. The new opener is much more quiet than the old. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend Precision.

We had the pleasure of Austin coming out to service our garage which broke and we couldn't even open it. Austin came out and was very professional and took the time to explain everything. Even when the price was higher than I anticipated he didn't pressure me and even offered for us to get comparisons, nonetheless we went with his recommendation and we we were very pleased with his service. Repairs don't always come at the most convenient time, so I found the process for scheduling a repair on the website very easy and convenient. I received a call as soon as their service shop opened and had a appointment first thing. My repairman gave me a call that he was on the way so I could meet him. He did a complete inspection and other than my broken spring there was just a couple of bearings and rollers that needed to be replaced. He had everything on his truck for the job so the repair was done quickly. My garage door works better now than when it was new. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door for repairs or replacement for your garage doors.

I was very impressed with the technician, Jose Valdes, that performed the service on my door today. He showed up on time, was extremely courteous, and was knowledgeable about all aspects of overhead garage doors. He patiently answered my questions, and happily calculated all my "what if" scenarios until we found a solution that fixed the problem and fit into my budget. He then went to work quickly, quietly, and neatly. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Nobody likes the surprise expense of having to get their garage door fixed, but I think I got good value for my money, and I think Jose is a great representative for your company.

We ended up purchasing both springs and bar. Repairman was courtious, professional and efficient. Prices were a little steep but we find that with every repair that we need. Senior citizen discount did not apply to the particular package we chose either.
