I was very impressed with the technician, Jose Valdes, that performed the service on my door today. He showed up on time, was extremely courteous, and was knowledgeable about all aspects of overhead garage doors. He patiently answered my questions, and happily calculated all my "what if" scenarios until we found a solution that fixed the problem and fit into my budget. He then went to work quickly, quietly, and neatly. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Nobody likes the surprise expense of having to get their garage door fixed, but I think I got good value for my money, and I think Jose is a great representative for your company.

Service rep/technician Nick came out to write the estimate for the new door, very polite, explained everything that was needed. Gave me the option of the 1year warranty or the Lifetime warranty, $200 and some change difference.

We ended up purchasing both springs and bar. Repairman was courtious, professional and efficient. Prices were a little steep but we find that with every repair that we need. Senior citizen discount did not apply to the particular package we chose either.

The 24-hour phone monitoring is great. I called at 7am and Gilbert was here by 8am. He replaced our motor, drive chain, springs, bearings, etc. We have new remotes and a new keypad. The garage door now runs smoothly and is whisper quiet. Very good company to work with - very professional.

Michael was great, as he explained what we needed and the value for our needs. He was very thorough, curious and had to leave before he finished. When the gear stripped on my 18 year old garage door opener, I decided it was time for a replacement. I chose Precision even though I had not heard of them previously. The technician came out the next day and did an excellent job of replacing the opener and rollers. WOW - we did not know it was possible to have a quiet door opener. Before we could not open the door if we had guests as it would surely awaken them. Thank you for excellent service.
