Dalton did an amazing job fixing the issue we had with our garage door. We called earlier this afternoon and the repair was scheduled for the same day! I purchased and had installed the springs, rollers, motor, and all related electronics. The repairs were made by Noah. I was extremely impressed with Noah, who made the repairs. He was efficient, skilled, informative and used his time wisely. In addition while assisting me with information he was understanding and compassionate about what I really needed, as opposed to what he could have sold me. Precision Doors should be proud of Noah because he represents their company very well. I would recommend this company based on the actions and attitude of their employee Noah.

Fast and professional service! I called at 5pm on a Friday evening thinking I would be getting my garage door fixed the following week but to my surprise, the service agent was at my house by 7pm and had a fixed garage door by 745pm!!

Our garage door was not opening, was able to schedule an appointment Sunday afternoon online. Precision was out early Monday morning, they were able to figure out the problem and get it fixed all before 11am. They were super professional and friendly.

Had service on my garage doors yesterday. The Tech arrived on time.Did the work that he said it needed, told me how much it would cost and I paid the bill, I thought the bill was high. Check the part numbers on line . Some of the parts on line where $15.00 to $25.00 dollars, I was charged $190.00 each. Example - the flanged ball bearing was billed at $160.00. I think the price of the parts were extremely over priced. What was a good job resulted in a rip off for me and a bad mark on Precision’s reputation. I hope Precision will take the opportunity to correct this overcharging. Paul Hensley
