TRUST ME; they’re it’s only a little cheaper doing it yourself. I paid $ 125 for a replacement motor at HD. They fixed my old motor for $ 165 and with less aggravation than trying to do it yourself!

Made an appt because my neighbor had his door replaced by your company. When salesman arrived I told him I wanted door and trim just like my neighbor. The salesman told me that was NOT their door? I told him that several doors in my hood were from Precision and that the stickers advertised so? My other neighbor came out to ask the salesman a question and the salesman said I will give u a card? My neighbor just had a question and his door is from Precision. Salesman did not have a customer friendly attitude at all. I told him that I wanted stainless steel nails or screws on my trim. He advised that that was all they used. My neighbors is NOT stainless as it is rusted. So ? I did NOT pursue doing business with this company. Really a waste of my time .

Quick call back, prompt service, actually arrived before the time stated, a rarity these days. Tim and his assistant diagnosed the problems with our opener quickly. All issues were resolved and work completed within 1/2 hour and the price was reasonable. Would contact Precision again and I recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

I arrived home at 10pm to find my garage door inoperable. I won’t go into detail but this created a number of issues. I took a chance and called Precision Door Service. My technician was Alan who arrived within the expected timeframe, diagnosed my issue right away and gave me options. The job was completed to my satisfaction working efficiently and methodically. Called to have garage door weather stripping replaced. After examining the seals and door, the tech advised NOT to replace the weather stripping saving me over $100.00. Instead, he adjusted the door and solved the problem for 49 dollars, a real bargain. If you want honest prfessional service, give Precision a call, you won't be sorry.
