Good reviews & nice informative web site. I called Saturday morning & spoke to a very helpful & polite lady, who took all my info & got me scheduled for that afternoon with Dalton, a super knowledgeable & thorough tech who fixed our broken spring in 45 minutes & gave us a good deal & warranty on all the other movable 15 year old parts. When the other door ‘goes’ we’ll be back!

Wow! I woke up to a garage door that wouldn't let me out. I called Precision at 8:30. Their Technician, Alan, showed up at about 10:00 and was finished and gone by 11:00. Alan was pleasant and efficient. I'm very impressed by the service provided by Precision. Thank you Alan!

I called Precision Door Service this morning not knowing if my garage door could be repaired or need to be replaced. The technician called to say he would be early. Completed replacement of the garage door opener quickly and efficiently. Very helpful setting up the system and letting me practice to be sure everything worked. I highly recommend Precision Door. Their last (excellent) service was back in 2014 and only a lightening strike had me calling again for a new opener. Great Service!

I called for service and tech Hayden came to the house. He examined the door and new exactly what to do to fix it. His confidence in what he was doing was obvious. We just moved to St Augustine to a 15 year old house. The garage door opener only opened one of the doors! The tech who helped us arrived on time, was courteous and very competent and quickly had the old clicker programmed to open both garage doors. Hooray! Another problem solved. We will definitely use this company when we want to upgrade the garage door opener system.

Thanks to Dalton for his professionalism and courtesy. He arrived on time, efficiently removed the old door opener and replace it with a new model. He also programmed the door opener in our car. He was pleasant and left the work area clean. All good performance by your technician. Additionally he called before he arrived. I only wish the phone company could learn that lesson.
