My garage door’s spring and cables snapped around 3:00 pm. I called and the technician was at my door at 4:00 pm. The technician was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed in layman’s terms. He gave me a list of what needed to be done starting with the most important down to least. He explained each and I told him yes or no. If I need any further repairs, I want that technician!

Precision Garage Door promptly dispatched a technician to my house as our cars were trapped in the garage when the 8 year old spring gave way. Nick the technician thoroughly explained what work needed to be done to replace the spring on my garage door. Within an hour, he had the door operational and also lubricated the joints to ensure a very smooth opening! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville!

I am a repeat customer of Precision. My springs needed tightening to hold the garage door open, (without my opener being engaged). I called Prevision, they came out that day, tightened my springs, lubricated the rollers, and did a complete safety check. I can always rely on professional, knowledgeable and friendly service with these guys. Thanks to Nathan, who performed the service today!

Very professional and on time! Just two years ago we hired a different garage door repair company. The pricing was very comparable however, we were not aware used 3 year old springs were installed at the time. I guess we made the assumption the company was on the up and up and only new materials/parts were being installed. One of the used springs recently broke, and this time we called Precision Door Service. What a relief to have a reliable A+ rated on BBB service the door this time. We will never use anyone else for our future garage door services.

The two young men arrived sooner than expected -- after calling to ask if it was okay. Both were friendly, respectful, and helpful. They worked efficiently and patiently answered several questions about my door and remote-entry system. After they left, I felt like my door -- parts of it quite old -- had been restored and would continue to give good service for some time to come. I hope and trust that I won't be disappointed.

Cameron did a great job presenting the options available to replace my broken garage door opener and his observations on the rest of the garage door system to ensure I was aware of any other areas that may be needing attention at some point in the future. He was courteous and professional throughout our conversations and in our decision process to proceed with a new door opener. Work was professional and done in a very timely manner, which I do sincerely appreciate. We’re happy being a new customer of yours and will share with our neighbors and friends to make sure they call your team should they need ever need help with their garage door system repairs. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
