My garage door’s spring and cables snapped around 3:00 pm. I called and the technician was at my door at 4:00 pm. The technician was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed in layman’s terms. He gave me a list of what needed to be done starting with the most important down to least. He explained each and I told him yes or no. If I need any further repairs, I want that technician!

Very professional and on time! Just two years ago we hired a different garage door repair company. The pricing was very comparable however, we were not aware used 3 year old springs were installed at the time. I guess we made the assumption the company was on the up and up and only new materials/parts were being installed. One of the used springs recently broke, and this time we called Precision Door Service. What a relief to have a reliable A+ rated on BBB service the door this time. We will never use anyone else for our future garage door services.
