Garage door opener stopped working. Error code indicated internal error. So replaced the motor and track. Went from chain to belt, much quieter. Two new remotes plus a new outside keypad he mounted. He programmed the outside keypad and both cars. ????. Plus it has WiFi built into it. I have to set that up but no biggie. Wes was supper nice and friendly and did a great job. Would highly recommend their service for any garage door issue.

Tim V was the technician sent to our house as our opener wasn’t working. The garage door was heavy to open manually and Tim could see that the springs were not the proper size for the door which could have contributed to the opener failing. They had been installed previously by another company. The rollers and cables were original to the door as well. After a short time he and his assistant had the springs, rollers, and cables replaced and repaired the opener. He could probably have just replaced the opener which Is what I was expecting. It’s encouraging to see a company with excellent customer service and work ethic, as that seems to be harder and harder to find,

Today Wesley your technician called to let me know he would arrive at 08:00. He's represents your company very well. Our problem was a garage door that was 12 years old with issues. It would open and close randomly. Wesley took time to walk us through our options and accessories. We agreed on what was our best solution. My garage door spring broke in the middle of the night. Could not open the door the next morning. Needed to get the cars out to go to work. Called Precision at 8 am. The technician George was here by 9:30, and replaced the spring, everything done by 10 am. Great service and reasonable price! 5 stars.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Michael and Precision Door Service. The service I received was professional and complete -- all around. Michael was prompt and professional. He listened to me about the issue I was having with my door. He then explained to me what the problem was and how he would fix the issue, and then completed the fix to eliminate the door's issue. He then gave me some helpful information about the general condition of my door and some maintenance actions I could take to keep it in good working condition.

When my ten year old garage door opener started being unreliable, I went on NextDoor to ask for recommended contractors. 90% of the recommendations were for Precision and I am so glad I listened to the reviewers. Making the appointment was so easy - scheduled for next day at a time of my choosing. My tech, Tim VanVuren, was great. He texted me when he was on his way, was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant - great style. He was candid in his appraisal of the ways to address the problem. I replaced the dying unit with a Genie Pro 3120 and also replaced virtually all of the other hardware, cables, rollers, etc. The new opener works great and is unbelievably quiet. My experience with Precision from start to finish was definitely 5 Star!
