Our garage door opener stopped working. The door would only go up about a foot and then stop. Called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. That was great. The problem was a broken spring or something like that. Since the original opener was of a different brand they couldn’t fix the broken spring but then could replace it. So they replaced the spring mechanism and it works better then ever. Super smooth. Took them about 45 minutes to do the work. The reason for 4 stars vs. 5 was that I felt it was a bit expensive for what was done. It cost $450. Overall I am happy that they came out quickly and fixed it quickly and did a good job but wish it was not so expensive.

We had A real emergency .. garage door was stuck and looks broken last night! Did not work at all! Our neighbor recommended your company! We called in the mourning and Jeremiah Phillips arrived before noon today !! Jeremiah is very pleasant abs very professional gentleman! He fixed the door and recommended some upgrade as well. He fixed everything in one hour !!! Thank you for having such professional employee in your team !! We will highly recommend your company to our friends abs neighbor!!

A serviceman arrived at my home 30 minutes after my call to the office. Frank was knowledgeable, friendly, and completed work in about a half hour. BTW, the company who installed the doors, and previously serviced them told me it would be a week before they could come out. Keep up the good work Precision!

I called Precision at 2:30 on a Saturday and had a technician here by 4:30. I was very impressed with Wes and his knowledge of what was wrong with my door. He fixed the door expertly and timely. The door works better now then it ever did. Highly recommend this company!

We have a very old garage door and motor and I had a maintenance to keep it running longer after it failed last year. Precision Garage Door was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable technician and the job was done in 1/2 hour. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. When the time comes for a new door and motor we will be calling Precision Garage Door.

Had a broken spring on Sunday and used the chat feature on their website to schedule an appointment. They were able to come first thing Monday morning, Tim called 30 min before to tell me he was on his way. He inspected the spring and recommended upgrading the springs and the other 5 components of the garage door, he gave me prices to just fix the spring and the total upgrade and explained why it would be best to upgrade. Amazing the difference in the garage door. I am very cautious when dealing with repair companies, but Tim did a great job in explaining the needed repairs. Great Job!
