A new bracket to attach the rail to the wall was installed, the spring was adjusted and the door was lubricated - basically the door and opener were given a tuneup. My questions were answered and there was no hard sell. The process to a bit less than 1 hour. I would recommend the company..

The technician was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and based upon his analysis went straight to the heart of the problem and fixed it. Openers and opening mechanisms work like new.
