I had a new Genie motor installed today and additional parts that were needed as well for the garage door to operate correctly.My neighbor gave me the company name and number, and highly recommended them. My service technician was Tim Van Vuren who did an outstanding job! Tim called to confirm his time of arrival, was professional, extremely knowledgeable and took his time to explain the entire service to me. Terrific Service. Hit the side rail of the garage door with a car and bent it off. Called at 1245. Colt arrived a little after 2 right on time!! Fixed the problem, did a check on the whole door system, fixed a few other things, and it works great!!!! Awesome company -- highly recommend it. ASK FOR COLT!!

Kaleb did a great job in diagnosing our problem with the garage door opener and fixing it. We "lost" the garage door opening when we were leaving for errands on a Saturday and rebooting it didn't work. When I called for service, Precision had a time a couple of hours later and the door was fixed before dark. I happily recommend Kaleb King as a technician.
