Ray was great! This kid showed up on time, on a short notice job on a Sunday and really not an emergency. I saw there was an appointment available, for no additional charge on the weekend, and jumped at it...Ray let me know he was on the way and once arrived, walked me through his inspection process and what my options were for the repair and the cost. Precision Garage Door Service provided excellent service from start to finish, which is rare these days. Our garage door mysteriously came crashing down on our windshield as my husband was backing into the garage (thank goodness he was ok and so was our car), but our garage was stuck open overnight. First thing Monday morning I got online and searched for garage door repair and found PGDS and booked an appointment for 2 hours later. The Tech was Riley who provided excellent communication and walked us through what went wrong and what needed to be fixed. He was very precise and did great work. We just bought our home a few months ago and have been renovating it and this was the first service provider that we didn’t have to clean up after. I would give 10 stars if it were available. Kyle notified me within 30 minutes of my call that he was on the way. He asked for about 10 minutes to assess the problem and then showed me several things that he felt needed to replaced. He gave me a couple of options for the amount of work and the costs. My garage door looks new and acts like it’s new! It’s not making any noise and its moves are so smooooth!

I called Precision at 4:30 PM and they advised that a serviceman could come to my house between 6-10 PM if that was OK with me. Nick arrived at 6 PM and within 30 seconds of walking into my garage he had diagnosed the problem. He immediately provided all of the product options as well as the pricing and warranties associated with each product. I chose the replacement parts and in less than an hour he had completed the work. He was professional, courteous and timely. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nick and Precision to anyone faced with a garage door problem.
