I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Michael and Precision Door Service. The service I received was professional and complete -- all around. Michael was prompt and professional. He listened to me about the issue I was having with my door. He then explained to me what the problem was and how he would fix the issue, and then completed the fix to eliminate the door's issue. He then gave me some helpful information about the general condition of my door and some maintenance actions I could take to keep it in good working condition.

When my ten year old garage door opener started being unreliable, I went on NextDoor to ask for recommended contractors. 90% of the recommendations were for Precision and I am so glad I listened to the reviewers. Making the appointment was so easy - scheduled for next day at a time of my choosing. My tech, Tim VanVuren, was great. He texted me when he was on his way, was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant - great style. He was candid in his appraisal of the ways to address the problem. I replaced the dying unit with a Genie Pro 3120 and also replaced virtually all of the other hardware, cables, rollers, etc. The new opener works great and is unbelievably quiet. My experience with Precision from start to finish was definitely 5 Star!

We called Precision on a Sunday when the garage door broke and they set an appointment for Monday between 12:00 and 2:00 and they were here on time and did a great job on the garage door. when ai moved into delwebb the developer contracted a garage door company for our homes. i had an emergency, they told me it would be three weeks! i assure you i will never use their contractor again. Delighted by eventual response to my call to repair a keypad issue. Colton was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Reason for "eventual" is that I received no response to my initial online request for an appointment thru the PD website. Apparently, there is little connection between the website and the local office which needs to be addressed. Otherwise, great service!

While trying to open my garage door Sunday night, my right side spring broke. This morning at about 6:30AM, I contacted Precision Door and requested an appointment around Noon. Tim showed up around noon and immediately explained the needed repairs and estimated costs. By 1:00, both springs were replaced with a 10 year warranty, new rollers for the track, and the door was all checked out and lubed. Tim and his assistant did a great job!!

At 8:00AM I discovered my garage door was not closing properly. At 8:30AM I called Precision Door and asked for help. At 11:30AM the Precision Door technician arrived. By 12:30 the problem was fixed, and the door was all checked out and lubed. In my opinion it was fast service done well.

The crew came out to re-program our remotes and discovered that our old opener was burning a hole in its case due to many years of use and improper installation. Replacement was recommended, so we decided to bite the bullet and get a new opener instead of having our house burn down. Installation was quick and usage was explained. Very happy with our experience.
