While trying to open my garage door Sunday night, my right side spring broke. This morning at about 6:30AM, I contacted Precision Door and requested an appointment around Noon. Tim showed up around noon and immediately explained the needed repairs and estimated costs. By 1:00, both springs were replaced with a 10 year warranty, new rollers for the track, and the door was all checked out and lubed. Tim and his assistant did a great job!!

At 8:00AM I discovered my garage door was not closing properly. At 8:30AM I called Precision Door and asked for help. At 11:30AM the Precision Door technician arrived. By 12:30 the problem was fixed, and the door was all checked out and lubed. In my opinion it was fast service done well.

The crew came out to re-program our remotes and discovered that our old opener was burning a hole in its case due to many years of use and improper installation. Replacement was recommended, so we decided to bite the bullet and get a new opener instead of having our house burn down. Installation was quick and usage was explained.
