I called this morning and they had a tech out the same day. Jason was our Tech to "tune up" our garage door. He did a fantastic job !! He took the time to explain how the different parts of the garage door worked. He also advised what we could do to help maintain the condition of the door. When it is time to replace the spring we will be calling Jason and Precision Door service !!!!

I called in at 9:30 am on May 26, 2015 and received service that afternoon. Jeremiah called to say he was running a few minutes ahead. He checked my 20-yr-old opener & explained what was needed & other options. I chose to go with a new system. I am very pleased with the service and the new opener is soooo quiet! Thanks for a job well done.

Tim was fantastic. Bottom line.... Our garage door didn't work. Springs snapped, rollers were too loud, and fried the motor. Needed all new stuff. Tim gave us our options and did not pressure us. We chose the lifetime warranty packages. We are very happy with our purchase and installation.

I was impressed with Precision's website so called. They exceeded my expectations with same day installation of a PDS 800 belt drive opener (within 2 hours of my call). Jason, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough with instructions and installed the opener quickly. We can't believe how quiet the opener is. 5 star rating and great experience!

Tim arrived as scheduled and had called to confirm the appointment. He inspected my garage door, discussed my options and provided me with a quote for the required work. Everything was completed as discussed and my garage was left as clean as it was before Tim arrived. Thanks for a job well done, my garage door has not been this quiet in 15 years! Bill was my appointed service technician. He was very knowledgeable and polite while serving my garage door. He pointed out what the problem was with my garage motor and went as far as to replace a worn part during this service call visit. Bill is a real asset to this company. So you got my vote to keep Bill around for as long as he wants to work for this company! The cost to repair the motor part and the quality of work received balanced out. Not to mention the one year warranty on the replaced part.

Our experience with Precision was awesome, truly. The phone was anwered quickly by a courteous person who gave us a time window. The technician called ahead & was on time, as promised. The tech was also very courteous & knowledgeable about our specific door. Awesome job by the installer Tim. The torsion spring broke on our garage and the chain for the opener snapped trapping our cars in the garage. Called Precision late that night and got an appt for the next morning. Tim walked me through all the options - no hard sell. Now I have 2 whisper quiet garage doors, battery backup, and outside pads. Tim showed up on the early end of the appt window and completed within the timeframe he quoted me. This is my first experience with this company and I would highly recommend.

Very pleased with Precision Door Service. My garage door broke on Sunday morning as I was leaving for church. I called at 9:30 and had an appt. for 11:00. The technician, Jason Padrick, was prompt and gave me several choices. He was patient while I called my husband to talk to him. He repaired the door within an hour. Very excellent service from the call center to the repair job. Will definitely recommend.

I had a broken spring so I called Precision because they replaced the springs in 2006 and I bought the life time warranty at that time. So this time they replaced the springs, drums and rolls at no cost to me. To completely upgrade my door I decided to replace the cables and end bearings with this repair job. Now, all parts are new and covered under the life time warranty. It feels good knowing that if I'm out of town and some goes wrong with the system, my wife can call Precision and there will be NO cost for any parts and labor. Tim and Michael were very professional and explained how the newer parts they were installing (at no cost) have improved in quality and performance since my last repair job.
