We highly recommend Percision Garage Door. Our door spring broke yesterday trapping our vehicle in the garage. After checking reviews, we called Percision and were able to get an appointment for today. Extremely quick service. Noah arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. He was friendly, respectful, professional and made sound recommendations. He worked quickly and when finished, cleaned the entire area. We are so happy with our quite door opener and such great service.

Precision Door came to the rescue within just 2 hours after we had a spring snap & cables fall loose and so our only car was trapped inside our garage! Thankfully it happened on a weekend, but we were getting ready to leave town and needed to be able to get our car out- and the garage fixed!- as quickly as possible. Even though we are renters, Precision worked directly with us and has a great process to notify our landlord automatically & thankfully our landlord is super responsive and approved the work right away. Our service tech Cameron was very professional and friendly and we had a nice chat about his Scottish background. Highly recommend!

Precision was at the house within 30 minutes of my call to repair a broken spring. Within 3 1/2 hrs., Noah was able to replace my 2 commercial springs, on the 20' wide heavy door, with 4 residential springs and replace all the bearings. Courteous, professional, and cleaned up all debris.
