In our three-car garage, the small door experienced a broken spring and cables after 17 years in service. The same thing occurred with our large door last year. Both times I contacted Precision. They were very flexible with scheduling at my convenience, and both times sent expert technicians to diagnose and correct the problem. The two technicians, Nate Lewis and Hayden Saari were professional, polite, informative and had the expertise to complete the job. It is not an inexpensive repair, but both honored Precision coupons available, and the springs have a10-year warranty. Definitely recommend Precision for new door opener systems or repairs.

It was hard to select product purchased since we got the Garage door, springs, rollers and cables. It was a great experience!! Mark came to the house to quote and explain the scope of work. First time we had to consider purchasing the garage doors and equipment. Mark made it easy by presenting side by side quotes for low middle and high range and the benefit of each. We made our decision and got the ordered. Not quite 4 weeks later they were installed by Franklin who text that his arrival time was 9:12am but give me to 9:15 to get there!! Punctual and ready to get to work. Explained what he was going to do and the length of time to get it done. He was fantastic and the doors look great!! Esteemed Sr. Carlos Morales I was very fortunate to get Tech. Hayden Saari for a new Genie garage door opener purchased from Precision G.D.S. on 4/29/25. Hayden arrived at the exact time promised and was very polite and extremely knowledgeable on the Genie product he was about to instal. After informing him of my current age and past stroke; Hayden made sure to explain what the job entitled with patience and in a non technical manner. Job was completed in approx. (2 hrs.) and work area was totally cleaned up. Hayden took the time to program an extra Genie remote and my automobile "Homelink" system. Contacted the company early on a Monday evening and was advised that a technician would be scheduled to arrive between 10 and 2 the next day. Received a telephone call from the technician at 9.45 the next morning and he arrived just before 10 on schedule. Explained the problem and he was able to quickly identify the issue being a broken spring for the garage door. He explained the problem in detail and provided an estimate which upon approval, was accepted and he then made the necessary repairs with a new spring. The technician was very helpful and a delight to work with. His name is Riley Holloway-Helm and a credit to the company. I shall recommend your company in the future to all who require a first- rate garage door service.

A metal component near a vertical hinge had rusted through. I was concerned that I would have to replace the entire door. The Precision technician, Drew, arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem and informed me that it could be repaired. At my request he also provided me with estimates to replace the entire door and the garage door opener. I elected to repair the door at this time and Drew did an excellent job. I would add that Drew was courteous, efficient and fully explained the repair to me. I would not hesitate to use Precision in the future.

We had the backup battery replaced. The technician also inspected the system and noted the condition of some of the rollers. So, we decided to have them all replaced. The technician was professional and friendly. Excellent work!

I patiently understood was very much impressed with your customer service person who very patiently listened to my call for repair of my garage door. She sent Mr. Robert Wiggins, the technician, to repair the door. Mr. Wiggins checked the door and recommended what needed to be done. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and courteous. The door springs had snapped and needed new ones. He installed new springs and a new ball bearing. The door works. He was very efficient and thorough in fixing the garage door. This is the first time I used Precision and am impressed.
