Mr. Roberts - Thank you for the feedback. I am aware of the situation. I understand that this process was a little more than the normal. We arrived at your property at the time that was scheduled by you and could not get in touch with you. That caused us to have to leave the property and for you to have to reschedule at a time that you would be available. I apologize if this was a little frustrating, however I am sure that you can understand that we can not go into a home and make repairs without authorization. Again, thank you for your feedback and please let me know if you would like to discuss this further.

He explained all of his findings , offered me a better model at a reasonable price this is my third rental property that we have used your services for. I think I did miss your spring time special for free service charge on Wednesday but was offered a $15 credit towards my account thank you great service

Communication between customer, scheduler, customer service and technicians is a nightmare. I got 9 emails about the same job. Had to make 4 phone calls and occupied my entire day on a very simple repair. I don’t want this posted but - I hope the management looks at this they’re the problem. The employees are actually nice.
