Mr. Schneider examined the garage door in details, then gave me the work planed and the cost which I agreed. He then installed the Spring Pad Wood, the Bottom Seal, and also sprayed the lubricant on all the moving parts on my garage door. Technician was very professional. But, the company only works on Genie openers. I explained that I have a Liftmaster when requesting a service. They are real good repairing a door or hardware but not the liftmaster opener. Lost me as a customer for openers. I would recommend if you need a Genie. No service performed, due to not working on my products.
