Over the weekend I manually open my garage door and and noticed that there was resistance. I forced the door upward causing a roller to pop out. The garage door has been working fine up to the is point. I called you guys to come out and put the door back on the tracks and redo the tension. Also I wanted to purchase a garage door opener, and have the up and down limit adjusted. I received a quote for $500.00. I inspected the cables on the garage door and can take pictures of them to show there is no damage present. So I asked why where replacing the springs and they are not a problem. I’ve done this may time around 4, over the 15 years I have own the house. You have never been quoted this much. When I told the tech to call the office to explain my concerns he left and did not return.

Our service tech name was Tom. He was professional and very polite. Upon arrival he noticed that we were wearing a mask due to the COVID 19 and he placed his mask on with no hesitation which was appreciated. He explained what was needed and completed the job in a timely manner. Upon completion of the job he explained how we were to take care for the product. His professionalism gave us great confident in his service.

Reviews were good I was disappointed that they didn’t have the belt drive system I wanted but tech went over everything and they said they would call and set up another appointment when they get the parts in stock . Hope they get the parts soon . We’ll see if they follow through . Then I will up date the review.
