Precision Garage has done a great job for me on my garage door, but recently I lost my Garage door remote and needed it. I called, came in, got a new remote and was given instructions over how to set it up and also how to program my cars if necessary. They go above and beyond to help provide top notch service.

My garage door opener suddenly quit working. I called Precision around 1:30 PM and they said they could have someone out the same afternoon. The technician Colton arrived, evaluated the opener, and recommended I get a new opener. I am not surprised since it was over 20 years old. He had a new opener on the truck, got to work, and had everything working in a couple of hours. He was very nice and courteous. It is so nice to have a new updated opener! I definitely recommend Precision Door Service based on my experience!

On Saturday, one of the cables on my garage door broke and I couldn't move the door up or down. It was around 2pm. and I wasn't sure if I would be able to get anyone out to fix it that late, especially it being the weekend. I had used Precision a few years ago and they did a good job so I called them again this time. To my pleasant surprise, they were able to schedule a tech. to come out between 4 and 6. The lady I spoke with explained their process and fees in advance and made sure I was o.k. with them. Shortly thereafter the tech., Chad, called, said he could come over earlier if that would work for me. I told him that's great, the earlier the better. Chad was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, explained what all he had to do, and gave me a quote (which I thought was fair and reasonable) right away. He finished the work in a little over an hour and I think he did a great job. He also checked out the whole door and all its parts to make sure all was in good shape. Lastly, being a senior, ugh!, Chad gave me a little discount. The bottom line, I highly recommend Precision and, especially, Chad!

Precision Door installed a new opener last year so I called them when my door had an intermittent problem. Dalton came to test the door. Thankfully, the problem happened again and he was able to diagnose a fix that was included in the annual maintenance fee. The door works smoother and quieter now. I am very pleased.

I called this morning and by noon it was done! I had a broken spring on the door. They replaced the spring and some parts, all present on their truck. Simple and didnt gouge. I had a coupon they honored, and they offered several package options that saved money. I am very happy with their representative and the service we received.

I have a 7ft door and a 8ft track was used now my bracket is at a 30 degree angle , I think that is a lot of stress on the bracket, I don’t like it.

I called Michelle after spending more than an hour with google trying to add a car remote to my LiftMaster garage door opener. She assured me that I didn’t need to get back on the ladder for a model number as she had access to all that was needed to get my door issues solved since Precision had done the original installation. She also advised me that there would be a minimum of $98 service call to get my system running again. Jeremiah, the technician called me about an hour before my appointment time and said that if it was convenient, he could be there 30 minutes early. That was great with me and at the original time, Jeremiah was finished with fixing everything. Turns out I needed a new remote and a new wall controller which totaled slightly more than the minimum charge which was removed. I couldn’t be any more impressed than I was with both Michelle and Jeremiah. Jerimiah was very knowledgeable and gladly explained to me everything he was doing. He is very professional and efficient. Next time, I will call Precision first and save time and money.

I have used Precision before for garage door work. They are honest knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. I thought my garage door may of been out of balance, so I call Precision, and the next day George came out, and checked everything out. While he was hear I had him replace my rubber bottom molding because after 27 years it had shorten quite a bit, allowing unwanted rodents into my garage. George completed the job in about 30 minutes. I will call Precision in the future if I have any more issues with the garage door. Thank you Precision !!
