Don't normally write reviews good or bad. Called Precision for garage door issue had a same day service time window of 2hrs from when I made the call. 15 minutes after the call a tech contacted me and asked could he arrive early he was only 20 minutes away. WOW! The Tech that arrived was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would definitely recommend Precision and Tom for ANY garage repairs.

This is the 2nd time I have had Precision Door Service service my garage door and opener. From the initial call to set up an appt for service with Bridgett to the technician, all were very friendly, respectful and professional. The technicians have taught me the maintenance I need to do on the door and opener ( I was using the wrong liquid to lubricate the wheels one time) and always explain what the problem is, what needs to be done as far as repair and what the cost will be. After service I have received an email with the invoice for my records. Very pleased with service each time and would highly recommend the company.

The gentleman deserves 10 stars! He was on time, replaced the broken sensors in almost seconds, was very professional, and considerate! Tim was great! I run a software company and know how difficult it is to find quality employees to represent my company. This guy was top-notch! He was extremely polite and very professional. Tim replaced my old opener with a new one and replaced my spring, rollers & brackets - all in under 2 hours. I will be recommending Precision to all of my friends should they ever need service for their homes.

I would highly recommend Precision Door Service for any overhead garage door issues. I called a competitor first, waited 4 hours for a return call until I called Precision. Precision sent Shane out and within an hour was at my house. He was in the middle of the repairs before I got a return call from the first company I called. Shane was thorough, professional and explained to me everything he did.

Precision installed a new opener a little over a year ago. Recently it started opening and closing on its own. We called yesterday and Frank came out and as I was explaining what was going on, the door opened and closed again on it's own. He reprogrammed the unit and the remotes, hopefully this will cure the issue. Frank was the Technician who installed the unit, so I was pleased he came out again to troubleshoot the issue.

called 800 number at 10.00 at night aqnd talked with very nice opreater and shw tried to get me a earlier appontment but just had 2:00 to 4:00.I have had you in the past and said thats fine. another company call and said they could be here at 10:00 but we said no we would wait till 2. your service man was here by 1:00 and was super nice,explained everything to me and helped me setting up garage door openor in the car.very impessed by him was here less than 1 hr and everything works fine.Hope I dont have anymore problems but I know who to call if I do thank you again
