This was an excellent experience. The sales person was courteous and professional. Every thing he explained was done to the letter. The crew called ahead and showed up on time. These guys work like a well oiled machine. This was an entire garage door installation from scratch and they were done in less than three hours. They cleaned up after themselves. When they were done they showed me how to use and program the remotes. The only things they left were a happy customer and a garage door that operates flawlessly.

Absolutely wonderful. Called them on New Years day after an accident into our garage and they actually answered the phone, came out the very next day and fixed everything perfectly. Very professional and nice workers. We have had them for years and always have come through great!

Jeremiah Sheppard was my installer for my new garage door opener. He was actually early for the appointment. He called me to ask if he could arrive 30 minutes early. He was very personable, polite, and professional. The installation went flawlessly. He took the old garage door opener with him, he cleaned up any debris and fully explained my new garage door opener. He also assisted me with the My Q app and adjusted the camera on the unit. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire process.

The day after Christmas 2023 our large garage door stopped working. It was clearly broken. I called Precision and they came out the same day. Colton Coffell was our technician. He called before he arrived, was prompt, polite, and super-fast. Our garage doors have never been so quiet. We'll definitely be repeat customers.

Great, great service. Garage door actually broken with both cars "trapped " in the garage at 10:00 at night. At 8:20 the next morning, the repairman was repairing my door and I was off to work. The cost of the repair was quite reasonable. What a lifesaver! Thanks.

I found the company in the Mint Magazine and called to get an estimate and they were the most friendly and provided a rough estimate for repair. The technician, Chad, was very professional and friendly. He offered several options but did not do a hard sell of any of the options.

Precision was recommended by my contractor that was doing work on the house. I called Precision and every aspect from fielding the call, answering my questions, setting up a same day appointment, and execution of repairs and education on the system by Nate (the field rep that came out) was exceptional. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have used precision and both my experiences were excellent. Colton arrived a few minutes before the appointed time. He was both courteous and knowledgeable. He explained to me the problem and how he was going to install a new garage door opener. I am very impressed with your company and I recommend it to anybody I know who needs garage door services.

Just an outstanding company. After years of frustration with 4 or 5 different Garage Door Companies I started using Precision Garage Door a couple years ago on a regular basis. They are the best by far. Everything from scheduling repairs to finished product. Employees are knowledgeable and just great people. Thanks Precision!

I had problems with my garage door opener for a while. Another company put in a new opener but the problems still occurred. The company was rude to me and could not help without a promise of more money up front. I saw the add for Precision in the Mint magazine. When I called I was greeted by a pleasant lady who was able to get a tech to me the same day. The young man was pleasant, timely, and precise. When I described the symptoms he knew exactly what the solution should be. He corrected the problems and made sure everything was working, including my car remote. Very pleased with the service. I was continue to use this company. Thank you Precision.
