I called for an appointment around 2:00 was scheduled for 4-6 the same day. Nate called at 3:45 to come and was there promptly at 4:00. Estimate and service was done within an hour or so and my garage door is working perfectly! I would highly recommend precision

Reggie ranks above almost everyone of the people we have had come to our home for repairs etc. He called ahead of time and said if we wanted he could come earlier. We deeply appreciated him doing this. He arrived with gloves and mask, as we requested. He looked at the garage door, and immediately identified the problem. It was a broken spring. We agreed on the project and he immediately went to work. We could not believe how fast and accurate he was. He lubricated our door, cleaned up and was done in record time. Reggie is a superb representative of your business. Without question, if you have a rewards system for outstanding employees, he should given one immediately. I don't say this lightly since I have run many business, government and other wise, and you just don't find many people as qualified, polite, and efficient as Reggie. I have to say I am honestly blown away at the service I received from this company. My husband and I bought a house with a 3-car garage. The doors were not working properly. I called Precision simply expecting to get on their schedule for an inspection/repair. Nope....much better. A service guy actually arrived within 30 minutes of my call and repaired the doors. I was having problems getting my garage door open. Haden Saari from precision door responded to my call. He quickly analyzed the problem and corrected the situation. He recommended installing new nylon rollers which were quite a bit quieter. Excellent service from this company.

My garage door main spring snapped on Sunday. I couldn't get door open or cars out. Called Precision and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful. She tried to get someone out Sunday but they were fully booked. She scheduled for Monday 12-2. Monday at 10 Wes arrived. He opened the door looked over the door a recommended what was needed to fix it. There was no pressure, very professional he replaced the springs, rollers, cables and rebalanced the door. He even replaced a light bulb on the door opener. Was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended their service. He told us what to look for in terms of maintenance going forward. When he left all our questions had been answered. Will use this company again!first class.
