Tim was very courteous and professional. He called about 30 minutes before arriving to confirm his arrival time and he arrived exactly 30 minutes later. I needed a new garage opener and he took the time to explain the operation of the new opener as well as the online features associated with it. Wes came out and diagnosed the issue I was having with my garage door and set to work immediately fixing it. He explained the problem and did maintenance on the door, educating me in the process. Wes also found a loose connection that was making the door rattle and fixed that. He was pleasant and efficient, and made the job look like fun.

I called Precision Door Service first time because my door will not open. Michael Gavanditti responded. He is very informative and went an extra mile to explain how my garage doors work and how to use different buttons to enable or disable door functions. Due to heavy load, the switch was tripped so door couldn't open.

I called at 1357 spoke to Tori she was so sweet asked all the questions and was able to set up an appointment for me the same day she told me my appointment was from 1600 to 1800. I received a call from my technician Reggie asking me if he could come earlier then the appointment time and he showed up at 1448. Was able to resolve my problem with my garage door within minutes! They were kind, respectful, ahead of schedule, called for permission and worked together.
