My experience was 10/10. I knew we had a large repair so I wanted a garage door company that has been around for a long time and would be able to honor the parts & labor warranties, if need be, down the road. My technician was Tim and he was phenomenal! He was not only on time but called to let me know he was running early, was very professional, not pushy with upgrades and extremely helpful from beginning to the end. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door & Tim for their incredible customer service and workhorse product. Now I have a whisper quiet garage door- yay!

When my garage door opener failed to operate correctly, I called Precision Door. The technician, Brian arrived at the appointed time and went to work troubleshooting the problem. He informed me that unit had broken a coupling and recommended a new opener. I said Ok and he quickly installed a new Genie garage door opener. Brian was fast, efficient and he cleaned up the little mess that he made. Great job. I now have a new "quiet" garage door opener. Thank you.
