From the initial phone call to the repair one day later, excellent service. Kalen was very helpful and considerate. He showed me the problem with the motor and helped pick a new, cost effective one. He was pleasant to deal with, worked quickly, and cleanly and explained to me all I needed to know. Would recommend him and his company without reservation.

My opener acted like it was in a bind. The technician said he could get the replacement parts or replace the unit. I had a new unit installed and it’s amazing how quieter the new unit is. I’m very happy and impressed with the work my technician did.

I called this morning to schedule an appointment. It so happened they could come out the same afternoon. The young man that came out was very courteous as I explained my situation as the caregiver for my wife and that I wasn't sure if I had the time right then for the service. He explained what he needed to do, that it wouldn't take that long and for me to take my time in what I needed to do. And he kept his promise. Everything was done and explained to me and I couldn't have been more pleased. Granted, my issue wasn't a critical repair, but it was important to me that it be addressed. Excellent communication via phone and email with the office. Kudos to Precision Door!

Outstanding customer service. Riley did a fantastic job. He checked every part of the door, we discussed all options, then he proceeded to make the door good as new. It now purrs like a kitten when you open and close it. He even programmed the remote through my car.
