Precision door service was great. The technician fully explained the options and made very good recommendations. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing. He took all the old parts and cleaned up when finished. Checked the door for any adjustments and ensured that the door was operating correctly. I would highly recommend this company for any garage door service that is needed.

Bad experience with the first tech that came out to fix our garage door his name is Mike Danforth needs to get better people skills he left without checking his work which left an inch gap on the outside door was not flush when it was closed very poor job sloppy very unprofessional after my wife and I paying a $800 bill. We were very upset , We Called precision garage door repair because of all the reviews I saw four or five stars very disappointed when Mike Danforth left our house ! We contacted your office and they scheduled Jeremiah Phillips to come out to our residence , he was very courteous fixed all the issue and had me come and look at the work he did inside and out of the garage to be sure we were completely satisfied, did an excellent job in Fixin the issues with the garage door I would definitely recommend Jeremiah Philips to anyone in need of door repair very polite knowledgeable tech he fixed all issues with the door in a matter of approximately 20 minutes you guys should definitely hang on to this technician is good with customers and he knows his job thanks Jeremiah job well done .

2:00pm - Garage Door Opener self-destructs 2:20pm - Call Precision & set same-day appt for 4pm 2:45pm - Alerted that technician can now be arrive at 3:15 3:15pm - On-Time arrival, assessment & commence new opener installation 4:10pm - New door opener installed & shaking hands (err, bumping fists) BODA BOOM, BODA BING....Great job by Nate & Josh(?) !!!!

From meeting the salesman to having having garage door completely redone, this has been a excellent service! The salesman was dressed very well, answered all of my questions and showed me all of the options I could choose from. The day of installation, the technician called me and was actually able to install my entire garage door and system sooner. I called around 11:30, Amanda told me that Nate would be here between 12:00 and 2:00, and would call first. About 15 minutes later I got a call from Nate to tell me he was on the way. About 15 minutes after that, Nate arrived. Diagnosed my problem and gave me the estimate..He said he had the necessary parts with him and it would take 30 to 45 minutes. About 40 minutes later my repair work was completed satisfactorily and everything worked perfectly Nate was very friendly and accommodating. Good service. I certainly would use Precision Door again.
