We sent an email at 7:30 in the morning requesting service for the needed repairs. At 9:00 we received a call scheduling an appointment. By 10:30 that morning the two technicians had arrived and by noon all of the work had been done. Hayden and Chad kept me informed on what they were doing, what my options were and the benefits of each option. We were extremely pleased with their work.

I usually do not write reviews. However, I feel that the service by Mike Danforth can not be topped. He was very respectful and did a great job. I will use Precision next time and will ask for Mike. Not saying that the other employees are not good, but I feel very comfortable with Mike Danforth.

I was impressed first of all by the quickness that our tech was able to get to the house to fix our garage door. Tim was great at assessing the issue and coming up with a solution to the problem we were having with our door. He was able to repair the problem quickly and cleanly.
