Not Happy with my Service, We are a Military Family and my spouse it’s a Real Estate Agent! We had searched prices around and the cost for Spring replacements were around $400 mark when the Rep Texas showed up we feel he used the Bait and switch tactics with his presentation and lab top, he never showed us the high end we where paying for he just showed the prices and with all the different types of springs you carry how do we know which one is which,,, And to top it off and confirm our suspicions of being taken bye his bait and switch sales tactic, On his way to his truck after we paid him he even Yahoo to his truck saying “ I love Saturday’s overtime! We are really considering putting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since we feel we were taking advantage of our situation and we’re a Victim of your unethical business Bait and switched Practices!

I had used Percision Door in the past. This time was a bit more ergent, as the door broke on the way down and was unable to get the car out. It was very easy to make an appointment on line. I had an appointment for between 8-10AM. Cameron my technician called to let me know he was on his way at 7:45. He was so kind and polite, very professional and knew right away what the issue was. We have used Precision Overhead Door in the past to replace the springs and were pleased with the service. When our 20+ year old door opener went out, we called to have it evaluated for repair or replacement. Hayden was very thorough in his evaluation and recommended replacement, which we did. We also decided to replace the 38-year-old garage door. Dan did the installation of the door as soon as it came in. As with Hayden, he arrived on time, completed the installation in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up the area when done. Both techs were knowledgeable, personable and thorough.
