Our garage door stopped working one morning. I called Precision and within 2 hours they came out and installed a new motor. The technician was kind, helpful and was in and out within an hour. It was completely seamless and I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Very impressed!

The technician was unable to fix the issue. He said that the spindle is not rotating. I contacted LiftMaster. They are shipping me a new motor. When it arrives can your technician come back and replace the motor?

I apologize that we only earned a 3 star rating, as I am sure that you can understand, we are not able to warranty a product that another dealer installed. Once you receive the part, you can schedule to have us install the part and will only be charged the labor for our time to come to your home and install. Thank you!

We have used Precision in the past and were very pleased with their work. A bracket from the original door installation snapped, causing the springs to release and the garage door to free fall closed. Precision got a repairman out here in a few hours and he fixed everything back to like-new. Well done!

I like the fact they have been in business since 1999. The f that performed the repair (Cole) was very knowledgeable. When our garage door was opening, it hit a block of wood that we had leaned up against something & it threw it off track & one of the track supports came loose from the ceiljng. Also our remote door opener did not work unless you were 2 feet in front of the garage door, Cole fixed that as well. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone with a problem with their garage door.

Garage door repair. Our two cars were stuck in the garage and we were not able to get out, called the company that repaired it years ago and was told that they were booked for the next week and a half and was asked if I wanted to set up an appointment, I responded that I could not wait a week and a half to get out. Called another company two weeks ago when I first noticed that something was going wrong, left them a message but no one ever returned my call so I wasn't going to be calling them back! Have always been skeptical about choosing to go online for anything, but I had no choice and I came across Precision who not only had same day service but also let me know who my technician would be and that their vehicles would be clearly marked with their logo. I immediately gave them a call that morning and I was told they would be able to come out between the hours of 10am-12. I was given the technician's name Michael and that he would give me a call 15mins or so prior to his arrival which he did and arrive at my house at exactly 10am. Michael introduced himself and was very respectful, courteous and kind. Not being knowledgeable about what Michael was showing and telling me what he first observed he did so and told me that I will be able to see and understand exactly what he meant as he started and when he completed the job which I eventually did. Thanks Michael for a job well performed and completed in less than two hours.

Precision Garage Door has been our choice ever since we made the wrong choice years ago having someone else install a new overhead door on the 25 year old house we bought in 2003. It didn't work smoothly and was noisy. Precision fixed all that then years later when the spring gave out they were Johnny on the spot. We wouldn't dream of calling anyone else for our garage door. Today it just needed some lubrication but we have a hard time doing that kind of stuff now and he was here as scheduled and kindly did it all for us. Thank you very much.
