We purchased a Precision air conditioner a couple of years. Our garage door wasn't working so we contacted them again Your serviceman Drew arrived to correct the situation, which was a broken spring. He was very pleasant, polite and well mannered. He worked very hard and kept us up to date on how these were going. He was probably there 4 hours and he did an excellent job. When he was finished, Drew went over everything he did and was very proud of it. That told me he enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. The price was,$1,700, not cheap but I knew this work would last quite awhile. He's a great asset to your company and takes his work seriously. He's one-in-a-million! Take care of him because he will reward your company

I set the appointment up online, the same day, and the time a later time a lot that worked for me. It was very simple. I appreciated the quick confirmation via txt. My technician Micheal called me to let me know he was on the way. He assessed the problem quickly, worked with me and gave me a fair price. Called on a Saturday and we schedule service for Monday 8am. My tech Hayden was ontime and very respectfull. He gave me several options for the repair of my garage door. He quickly resolved the problem with our remote keypad and in addition identified and resolved issues with the function of the garage door that had been annoying but not sufficiently so as to have required a separate call for maintenance. The door and remote keypad are now functioning well.

Our garage door was getting stuck half way down when closing even when the motor was disengaged it would not close. Called Precision as they were willing to come the same day. They do come out quickly. However, I think $940 to replace the springs are over priced. Plus the technical tried to sale me a whole list of things. If it had not been an emergency, I would have gone somewhere else!
