Riley was considerate and knowledgeable. He explained that our door control was probably too old to reconfigure but it was up to us. He told us how much to repair and how much to replace. I was for replace but left it up to my wife, the cheapest home repair person I know, but she listened to Riley and went with my choice. Riley went to work and we now have a new, quieter garage door opener. You may expect us to call when opener NO. 2 dies. We would always ask for Riley when service is needed.

We appreciate the work Precision did on our garage door. A new opener was installed, new rollers and a fix on one of the panels was done. The opener works great and is quite a bit quieter than before. The guys were professional and courteous. The job was done quickly. Would highly recommend.

Saw your ad in the Mint magazine. Glad to see there would not be a service call fee w repair over $98. I knew the work would cost more than that. Had to have new garage door opener installed and lubrication of gears. Pleased with Alan. Good job and experienced. Only took about 40 min. No complaints here. I will request Alan if I need garage door service in the future.

I chose and will continue to choose Percision for all of my garage door needs. I called for loud door noise and stalled up/down movement. The service professional Riley was great! He arrived early after calling to inform me that he could If it was okay. He was extremely knowledgeable in explaining what my issue was and all of my repair options. I chose to replace my old system with the new belt driven PRO 3120 WiFi model. It’s an amazing system & investment. I’m 100% satisfied. Thank you Percision for amazing service as usual.
