Frank was the wonderful technician that serviced my garage door. He has 10+ years with the company so extremely knowledgeable. I purchased a townhouse that is just over a year old. However, the bottom roller on the left side of the door kept jumping the track making the door inoperable. Frank quickly assessed the problem. Original rollers were hard rubber which were basically garbage. He explained they were scooting along the track instead of rolling. New nylon rollers were installed in a matter of minutes and door is rolling along smoothly. Excellent service and I greatly appreciate that he took time to show me and explain just what was causing the problem. He also gave me a heads up as to what to expect from the cheap spring the builder had installed. Will definitely be using Precision for any future garage door needs.

I had new garage door opener installed. Technician was right on time called and gave time of arrival. Very polite and explained in detail how the equipment worked and showed me exactly what to do. He completed the job very quickly. Everything worked perfectly when he was finished. You were recommended by my son after he had same installation last year. The cables and the pulleys were worn and garage door wouldn’t close properly. I called around 6pm on 8/26 and the repairman arrived at 9:45am on Friday 8/27 and was here approximately 1 hour. Alan was very efficient and neat. I give y’all 5stars . I am a previous customer and very satisfied with your company.

The service agent was an hour early, which was a big help. He was courteous and professional and gladly explained he work whenever I had questions. He had to work extra hard to remove the old springs because of sticking spots on the rod. As part of the overall service, he lubricated all the pertinent areas of the door for a smooth and quiet open/close.

I called for service on Monday and was given an appointment on Tuesday. That in itself was amazing! Nate came out to assess the issue with my door not opening properly. I thought it might be the limit switch but it turns out to be something different. Nate was very informative & answered all my questions. The door situation is not urgent so I will follow-up with the new part at a later time. Great service all around!

Installer "Reggie" was very knowledgeable about his job putting new springs on my garage door, he told me things that I had not thought about concerning my garage door, gave me advice on what to replace, and how much it was going to cost. I really appreciate his honesty about getting my door up to par, and it didn't take him long to fix my door, if I have any more problems with my door, I will be sure to call "Precision".
