My garage door was having trouble closing so I called Precision as my neighbor had great service from them. They were very accommodating and had Josh (tech) out within 2 hours. This wasn’t an emergency but they are quick to respond. Their communication is great. Josh is very professional and knowledgeable. He found out what the problem was and gave me options on how I could proceed. No high pressure sales at all. I had 2 springs replaced and all the hardware that is needed for that and new rollers put on. Josh had the job done in under 2 hours. Everything works great. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Josh.

Needed to replace a lifetime warranty motor of LiftMaster. The company charges no tax under the Florida law. They’re allowed to do that if they’re replacing something under warranty. However, if it’s under lifetime warranty, they should give consumer some credit back. Nevertheless, they charge me $2000 for replacing a LiftMaster motor with one and a half genie horsepower along with the belt. I found out later they should be a reasonable cost of about thousand dollars no more. The company is making over 100 percent profit over every job without paying any sales tax as they are covering everything under a lifetime warranty which majority of the motor companies are giving. The person doing the job is professional however, the company is rip off

I just had my whole garage opener replaced , and it is so quiet, I barely notice. Highly recommend!! Tech was so cool and walked me through the whole process, helped me program my car remote.

Our garage door spring broke yesterday afternoon. I called Precision to set up an appointment and they said they could come that evening. No thanks. Early morning was fine. Chad got here early, knew what the problem was as our spring is enclosed and the problem was hidden. Had the replacement materials on his truck. And, very efficiently and methodically, he was done within sn hour. We have used Precision before both in Jacksonville and elsewhere. I highly recommend them for your garage service needs.
