Our garage door spring broke yesterday afternoon. I called Precision to set up an appointment and they said they could come that evening. No thanks. Early morning was fine. Chad got here early, knew what the problem was as our spring is enclosed and the problem was hidden. Had the replacement materials on his truck. And, very efficiently and methodically, he was done within sn hour. We have used Precision before both in Jacksonville and elsewhere. I highly recommend them for your garage service needs.

I rarely write reviews, but we had a great experience with Precision. Our garage door spring broke right as we were about to leave town. I booked an appointment at midnight for the next day. Not only did Drew show up right on time, he diagnosed and explained the issues that caused the spring to fail, then had everything repaired and running (better than it used to even) all in the same appointment. He even helped us stay within our budget, and they were more than reasonable on the price. Thanks again Drew.
