24 hours from old and junky to new and quiet! My garage door open died pretty sudden death on a Saturday afternoon. My friend recommended Precision so I went online, booked a replacement opener for Sunday and within 24 hours, my garage door was better than ever. Hey, I can replace an opener for much cheaper than having it done. But I didn’t ruin a whole day messing with it, going to a big box, and dealing with the aftermath of all the garbage. Today, I had a broken spring on a single garage door. I had a good expereince with your company previously, and chose you again. But the same spring replacement now cost twice of what it did a couple of years ago. After adding the price of replacing end bearing plates, center plate, 8 foot drum, and rollers, the total cost was over $1100! Your response was quick. The technician was very nice, courteous and professional, but I did not like the price. Maybe partly due to the recent tarrifs. Please be more competitive. Thank you.
