Had an appt approx 6pm, the tech arrived and surveyed my concerns and give me recommendations. Showed me what needed to be done as an owner and when I should call in for safety and properly installation of garage door mechanical parts. He was very knowledgeable and provided the confidence I expect from a contractor. I will call precision within the next two years to replace my pulleys, cables, and bar as for it will be over 30 years of use. Thank you for not pushing immediate repair or replacement.

The tech was professional and friendly. The cost was more than I expected. I was spoiled by my previous Chamberlain opener that had a sensor that would turn on the light when the door from the house to garage would open. I really miss that convenience. It’s working well and I appreciate the fast, courteous service Precision offered me.

Kyle came to fix a problem I had with the outside keypad and was very professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Upon looking at the keypad, he found a couple major problems with the existing garage door. I was able to easily order a new door. Also, while he was here, a doorknob fell off the door leading into the garage. He immediately said a little screw was missing. He found one that fit and had the door working in less than 60 seconds. I called Precision on a Saturday morning expecting to leave a voice message. I was surprised when a live person answered the phone and more surprised when they scheduled the service for the same day. Kalen arrived in the time slot promised, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. He did everything quickly and professionally and explained how to use the new opener. He even took the time to program my car to the new unit - above and beyond!

July 2025: Ron came to my house for a tune up for both garage doors. One garage door opener was 25 yrs old and had some electrical problems. He said it would only get worse and suggested replacing it. I agreed and he installed a new Genie motor, rail, two sensors (by the floor) and new wall button. Ron was very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, went the extra mile. I'm very pleased with his work. I recommend Precision.
