I wish that I could remember the young man's name, but I can't. I will say that he was on time, and very courteous. (My dog liked him so that's a plus) he inspected the entire door system, told me what i needed to keep an eye out for and then replaced both springs on my garage door in about half the time he said it would take. I am very happy with the whole experience from the phone call to the van leaving my driveway it couldn't have been better. PS. I hope you can figure out who he was, he deserves a raise.

I called Precision at 10:30am this morning as my garage door opener, which was only 2 years old was not working. Dalton and Josh arrived at 12:30pm on the same day and were extremely helpful in reviewing the issues with my opener and providing several solutions with the pricing. They were very informative, and I did not feel they were pushing for a bigger sale. I ended up buying a new system and they provided me a discount for the part they were not able to replace in the old system to go against the purchase of a new one. They replaced worn parts on my garage door and with the new system, my door is virtually quiet when it opens and closes. They were both very pleasant and helpful during the installation and I felt very confident in the work that they were doing. They provided excellent customer service.

The technician (Chad) was great. The associate in the office was not good. In spite of me spelling my street name (Carrara Court) 4 times, she sent the technician out with the address as Parrao Court.

Nate was awesome. There was some problems connecting the unit to the internet and he stayed until everything was working correctly which required a phone call to genie. He also went above and beyond by servicing the garage door a little and letting me know about possible trouble issues down the road.

Tech was very personable and professional, quickly identifying the issue with my garage door not closing. The tech also, took the time to inspect the "brains" of the unit and showed me what he found. He did not push me to buy anything I did not want and quickly replaced both garage door sensors and performed multiple tests via all means to open close and that it identified objects in the doors path and reversed from closing to opening. Minor issue was the time window of 4 hours and the tech did not arrive or notify me of his delay.
