Colton's professionalism and knowledge was very instrumental in our decision to replace the the motor unit and the fact that he handled the job without us having to wait another day was very much appreciated. Being senior citizens, the recent passing of our son, and my husband recently diagnosed with A-Fib, there was no way we could have replaced the unit by ourselves. Kudos to Colton for a job well done! And, Colton even made sure we understood how everthing worked including having paired the remotes to the unit. It was a very smooth transaction.

There were multiple available times in the immediate future that worked for me, making it extra simple to get service scheduled. The technician, Rey, called when he was on his way, and arrived in a timely manner. He was polite, professional, and explained everything in terms that were simple for my wife and I to understand. He worked with us to come up with a repair solution that got the job done inside of our budget, and the repair was completed in about an hour. This was my first time using Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville, but I will readily recommend them to anyone who asks, and they will be my first call (or click) next time I have a garage door issue!

Such great service, easy to get an appointment, Rey our technician was so helpful and explained everything that was going to need to be fixed and then it was done and fixed in less than 2 hours, brand new equipment set up as needed on our ancient garage door, and helped me set up WiFi connection before he left so my garage door is the easiest access it’s ever been!
