You had given me a new remote on a service call in August. Today the new remote wouldn’t work so I called your office. The nice young man was very prompt and very efficient. I appreciated the work he did and the fact that I was not charged since it was your faulty battery. I understand. I actually have a years warranty on both the remote and all the new garage door opener That is posted outside the garage door. I would very much like to have a copy of that in writing. I had a tech come out to my house today to give me a quote on replacing the balance springs. He did give me a quote back at $2,400 dollars, yes that is correct, $2,400 dollars. So being a shop around guy, I reached out to two smaller mom and pop shops and got quotes back at 450-800 dollars. So luckily by shopping around saved me thousands. Thanks for never your company ever again!

Cameron was my technician that came out. I was having so many problems with my mom’s garage key fob. I had Overhead door garage company come 3 times and still was having problems. Cameron was great he replaced the motor and explained why we were having so many Problems. Cameron replaced the motor and the key Fob and was such a nice gentleman. He over exceeded our expectations.
