Wow...same day service. Everything was professional from the young lady who took my call to the technician who came to replace our opener. Cameron was experienced and polite, taking the time to explain things, options and pricing. Yes Precision is a big national franchise, but I'm glad I found them after being ghosted for an opener replacement appointment by a "local" firm. Sometimes it is best to go with the big dogs. Josh was prompt, did a thorough inspection and gave me an accurate estimate for repairs. Replaced the broken springs, replaced the worn shaft bearings and gave my garage door adjustments to make the door operate more smoothly. He was courteous, friendly and professional. Big shout out and thanks to Walter Schneider! He came by to fix my garage that wouldn’t close properly and replace wrong springs. He also noted the bearings were old and going bad so we replaced them as well. Lastly adjusted the garage door motor to ensure proper closing and opening. Thanks again!
