I haven’t had my garage door checked in 3 years I have been a customer over 10 years. The technician Jeff Stromoski checked everything and made sure I knew what he was doing every step of the way. This company has always been honest and will let you know if something might be needed in the future. In today’s instance they had a cancellation and asked if they could come early and that is appreciated. I highly recommend this company for garage door services

OUR MECHANIC REMEMBERED US FROM HIS LAST VISIT WHERE HE REPLACED THE SPRINGS AND EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO LUBRICATE THEM. WHEN HE CAME TODAY, THE DOOR HAD BEEN MAKING POPPING NOISES FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS OFF AND ON. HE FOUND THE ISSUE, EXPLAINED TO US THE FIX, THEN OFFERED AN ESTIMATE ON EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR THE DOOR TO OPERATE QUIETLY. Recently had an issue with my garage door (opening/closing), called Precision Garage Door Service, they answered promptly and an appointment was scheduled for the next day (they could have had someone out sooner if I wanted). Their technician, Riley, attended the next morning at the scheduled time. He was polite, courteous and did a nice job explaining the issues that I had with my garage door and what would be required to fix same, presenting me with a written estimate, without any pressure. He completed the required repairs in a timely manner, cleaned up the work site and tested to my satisfaction the repair. My reason for a 4 star rather than a 5 star rating was the price....over $2000.
