I wanted my garage bottom repaired and my neighbor recommended them to me. I looked at the work performed in his garage and was very pleased with what I saw. The technician, Chad arrived promptly, assessed the concern regarding my door, gave me a quote and approximate time the work would be completed. I was very happy with the results. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of having your garage door repaired! I was able to get a same day appointment. They had efficient and effective communication. I was sent a picture of my technician before he arrived. Ron did a fabulous job inspecting the entire garage door. He gave me a breakdown on cost of what needed to done, and options. On Dec. 1st, I called the Precision office frantically because my garage door would not close. I had this issue for a couple of days. I managed to get it to work temporarily by using instructions I got from YouTube. But today (12/1) when I wanted to handle some errands, the garage door would not close. I changed the motor light bulb, I tried to reset, etc. It just would not close, so I finally called Precision, which I had used in the past. The person answering the phone was very sympathetic and efficient. She arrange for the Certified Tech, Connor, to come ASAP. He was great!! We worked together for a reliable solution!

Not only did they provide same-say service but they sent out a technician earlier than what I was expecting for the window I was told.
