OUR MECHANIC REMEMBERED US FROM HIS LAST VISIT WHERE HE REPLACED THE SPRINGS AND EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO LUBRICATE THEM. Recently had an issue with my garage door (opening/closing), called Precision Garage Door Service, they answered promptly and an appointment was scheduled for the next day (they could have had someone out sooner if I wanted). Their technician, Riley, attended the next morning at the scheduled time. He was polite, courteous and did a nice job explaining the issues that I had with my garage door and what would be required to fix same, presenting me with a written estimate, without any pressure. He completed the required repairs in a timely manner, cleaned up the work site and tested to my satisfaction the repair. My reason for a 4 star rather than a 5 star rating was the price....over $2000.
